Please, who knows how much it costs to write TOEFL and GRE in Nigeria?
I also need hints and pieces of advice from those who have written any of the exams before as I intend writing them soon.

i am happy if anyone can help. Myself i am planning on taking GRE and the centres where i have contacted are all giving me price in the range of 150000-350000. I called a centre to ask for price and they replied that if i want to be assisted with the GRE i would pay 350000. NAIJA 4 YOU. If you find anything positive pls let me know

Go to First Logic on Oba Akran,Ikeja..it was 35k or thereabout last year for GRE..they can help you register or you do the registration yourself online and take your exam at their centre at no extra cost..Their phone number is 08081102044,maybe you should give them a call for your inquiries.

@ monomex, I can't really say..but you can buy the necessary books and study on your own if you have enough time

You dont need any tutorials on TOEFL..the exam is very simple..just go to ikeja and buy KAPLAN or BARON IBT TOEFL CD..200 naira...dont go for any tutorial...best of luck...if you needed any info: feel free to contact me: abroadschool@yahoo.com

I'm also planning to write the exam early next year. It's good to know tutorials won't be necessary, I'll definitely get the cd and start preparing.

I just bought the cd yesterday for #150 at computer village and It worked. Just walk up to those selling software cds, ask for toefl.

Jaidor you can walk into any bookshop in ojuelegba road and ask for Baron revised GRE or Kaplan, if you can get the printon review cracking the GRE, it is better than the others.
