Introduction

According to Darlington Oweh, “A smart investor knows that the best product to deal on is the product in high demand, that automatically placed pure water production business “investor’s choice” any time. The demand doesn’t seem to go down very soon as it has become the most credible alternative means of getting anything close to clean drinkable water for the average Nigerian”

500 bags X N100 per bag = N50,000 per day

Its indeed more complex and just like every field has its own controllable challenges. I'll recommend the Start Up manual if you want a broader view of the industry. I started mine with it.

Incomplete analysis. Where is your Point-of-Entry (POE) Cost?
That is just one of the few things you omitted. I can see more.

Also, in analysis, you start with the worst case scenario, then allow reality to give better scenarios.

It took me weeks to draft a Full Feasibility Study on the Packaged Water Business, and it's sure not as scanty as what you have put up here.

Don't drive people into this business with poor information. This is a multi-million Naira venture.

[size=14pt]First of all, my name is Darlinton Omeh, not Darlington Oweh. I know it's a spelling error.

You just mentioned my name and wrote what comes into your mind thereafter? grin

Thanks you so much.
He made it look as if its that simple... I'm a supervisor/operator and know how this business works.
Its a very stressful business. If one is not careful, the business will packup.
Many have tried and failed, just because they fail to study, strategize and plan before they jump into the business.
There are many factors to look at.

Lol...... which operator will collect #10k from u in a month...

what about the moudo, filter and the machine that boil/warm the water?they are important too.. washing ur tank every month
if u don't av a perfect plan ,to compete with others then forget it cos u won't mk good money.. only if u will sell for 50-55 to get customers, which I think will not be allowed cos those who are into this biz av an association that check the price at which they sell...

a bag of pure water is #60 now while some sell for #55 to get customers
remember the packing back is costlier than the pure water nylon...

if you no get money... I mean good money no try am

Very true, it also depends on the area u are, like my area where a sachet is being sold for 50naira, to make profit after all the expenses incurred is an hardous task.

Hello Darlington, thanks a lot for your assistance and guidiance here.
i’ve already embarked in the project. my business planner costed me for the NAFDAC and registeration of business name at #250,000 which is on a high side more than what you gave here.
1. is he actually telling me the right thing?
2. with the structure already built, can #2,000,000 be enough for the business to set up?

please u can reach me via 08128143307, your swift response will be highly needed for me not to venture into what i will regret in the later end.

Interesting topic!

Hello everyone, my name is Kelly and I am a real estate consultant with Katawa Properties Ltd. We are into real estate sales and development.
If you are looking for land to buy to start your pure or bottle water factory then it will be agreat investment to set it up in a safe and secured plot/plots of land.

My company Katawa Properties Ltd do have several estates in Lagos, Abeokuta and Ibadan. Also we do have our Villa Garden City Estate at Agbara-Lusada for those looking for land in Sango Ota axis. Our lands are very affordable with relevant documents available

All of our lands are safe and secure for investments. Also when you buy from us, you are 100% free from Omo Onile and Government acquisition. You can check us out on Google.

Rather than going to rent a bungalow to setup your factory between 450k-600k per annum, you can use this same amount and invest for your own landed property in our Estate.
