Am having problem connecting to my database on ampps, i have done everything neccesary. The codes are well written, but it is not loading when i put the code for connecting DB, if i check the status on phpmyadmin, it will just write the number of failed connections.

Namecheap bounced my NairaMaster Card TWICE! So much for professionalism in business. This fallible company coupled with Hostgator love discrimination A LOT.

If they bounced ur naira MasterCard, that must be becos there is an issue with ur card.
They"v Neva bounced mine and I use it like 3times every week.

A card I use without flaws on other foreign online companies?

Anyway, we are discussing Joomla! here. Just make sure you tell those that apply through your affiliate how much renewal will cost after a 'discount facade' made by these companies.

i just filled in my name and email. clicked the checkbox and "let me in". It returned that result. I tried it three times on the three major browsers and they all said same thing. I just decided to check my mail and didnt see it until i went to my spam mail and saw it there.
