Hope you've started seeing what we called cold now and not the 25 degree you were talking about. Since yesterday's rain, temperature drops to 10 degree Celsius and so it will continue fluctuating between very low negative and low positive until next year summer (May/June).

Separate envelope. As in one for your transcripts, the other for ur certificate. Do not write anything on the envelope that contains your transcript. It should be as if your school is the one sending to WES.

I ordered for 2 GRE books on Amazon ( anyone conversant with the ETS site would know that they recently published 'question banks'). I have never ordered anything online and I did not use the US address method that Nigerians make use of - saw that late .Just want to know if I would actually get them or I Don JONZE.


I checked amazon's site it states they send books anywhere in the world, but I am still wary. Thx to the gurus in advance.

I used wes. Their service is good but takes like 1.5 to 2 months if no delay. If you are applying for spring, it is better you start sending your transcript to wes tomorrow. It takes 2wks to reach them, 3 to 5 days for them to tell you they have sent the photocopies back to your school in Nigeria for verification(that one too takes another 2wks to reach Nigeria and 3 to 5 days to reach your school) -- They don't use courier for this ooo. Then, your school will reply them through the
email they only disclose to schools. After that, your status will changed to ''evaluation in progress''. This takes 7 days to complete. After that, 1 copy will be send to the school you applied to and 1 copy to you. Add all the days together and tell me how many days.

Note: no matter how many avalanche of mails you send them, they will not reply you once they have sent the photocopies for verification. If you feel like your school didn't get it, you can request for resending to your school.

WOW! How do i describe you? Thanks a bunch for digging this up just for me. As at 2011 Sir Imperiouxx made the post, i'm optimitic mine would be faster as i will be using courier for the transcript, then Nahco for certificate.
I also do have someone on standby at the Admin when verification email is sent. I really pray for acceleration!

I have a 'bad' habit of reading up posts of our ogas here. From imperiouxx to GboyegaD to Mystiqme to MsNas, to those who don't come here again like before. I can practically tell you what each of these nice people faced in their application process: their e-fights, anxiety, interview, travel, etc.

Okay, instead of sensing through mail at extra cost, why not scan you certificate to someone in the US to post for you? That will be faster and more reliable.
