SOMEONE IS WATCHING is an unprofessional movie. its supposed to be a home base movie not an international movie. There are so many errors in the direction of the movie.
The director need to do lots of work. e.g of scene that appears unprofessional are:
1) Daniel Pidol's lawyer who should have used the advantage of the gun he had to shoot Julian (maybe on the legs or any other part of the body but not to kill him) since he had killed his secretary, only dropped the gun on the table for Julian to take it even knowing that Julian had only a knife.
2) The Daniel Pidol's lawyers voice was supposed to show that he was speaking under duress when he spoke to Daniel Pidol rather his voice was calm.
3) Why should Daniel Pidol drop his lawyers card purposely for Julian to pick it which he used in tracing Daniel's lawyer knowing fully well his lawyer is the only one in possession of the vital information about the killer Julian.
4) What prevented Daniel Pidol from including that Julian is the killer when he sent the hearts to the Police for Julian to be arrested he can then charge Julian for damages to claim back all had lost because of Julian.
These are just the few I want to mention.

Could not agree with you more. My sentiments exactly. Each time I view/see this series, I am always angry with the write-up and the characters. Its a good think It will soon end in 2 weeks time (give or take).

Which kind of DA takes someone to court based on hearsay, he didn't produce any witness of his own.

Then, the detectives in Every of Telemundo's series are very dumb. They look for the easy way out and not the evidence. There are questions they need to answer first before making an arrest.

SW- Valeria talks to the Press. Declaring Rodrigo is innocent. Rodrigo tells Benjamin that Julian is the hunter, he entrust Piedad to him since he is still locked up. Pedro pablo resolves Lucy and lola's confrontation which resulted in him being kicked out of the house. Lucia goes to stay with her mother while Pedro pablo lives @ Rodrigo's apartment. Julian sells three of his most valuable paintings to pay off his step father. The police tailed, chased and lost Julian. Daniel vidal sends Muaricio's head and the remaining hearts to Piedad. Piedad had a nervous breakdown, she leaves Julians apartment for her own. Benjamin looks after her. Julian visits his step father, who promise to send evidence to the police the next day if julian did not give him the rest of the money. Piedad apologises to Rodrigo for doubting him but she said they will never get back together. Tatiana promise to pay for camilla's education and nothing else. Camilla take refuse at an homeless shelter where they feed and housed her. Tatiana sleeps with the DA. Julian kills Daniel vidal, his lawyer and Secretary- he arranged the crime scene to look like Daniel vidal is the killer. While being Questioned by the police, Julian let it slip that Rodrigo escape Rehab-so that he won't be released. Camilla is doing fine in her Education and her work. Julian tries to fight his urge to kill another woman/stripper, he decides to bury his tools of murder .The DA believes Rodrigo is Daniel Vidal's accomplice, but he loses the court case.Matilda is due to be discharged from the hospital. Julian takes Piedad to the hospital since it appears both She and lola are close to their full term/delivery date. Rodrigo is free.

FH- I have not been able to Watch it as much as I used to. But, it appears Lorena fail to seduce Willy, so she left. Juan Marco's sister in law paula wants he bad and tries her best to seduce him but failed. Samantha gets married, she and Angela starts their own bodyguard firm. They both discover they had a brother who bears their Father's name. Vincente trys to rape Nelly but perolta stopped him. Vincente's brother blackmails him, while angela gets kidnapped by louis. Fernanda seduces Vincente's brother to bed, to keep him quite. Vincente shoots his brother without knowing it was him.

BA- I did not even watch this one at all. Maybe today or tomorrow, if its is shown between 6pm and 10pm. Otherwise till next week.

Lola follows in that category of stupid character, the next is Tatiana.

FH-lorena go kill willy with seduction oh, just like Paula did with Juan Marcos- but the difference is willy was a womanizer.

BA- what is Santa martinez/Amanda up to. Santiago is a fool to love a woman who want to destroy his family.

FH This Novela is becoming increasingly annoying..Vicente walks in drunk into JMs home chanting he'll expose Fernanda, the next thing that comes out of his silly mouth is " she loves you and she'll do anything for you" Reaaally?? . Love Porras' look though..checchii , waiting to see if Sammy watches the real confession or its just some random dvd . Oh well?? Now the dvd is broken. .rubbish!!

No, not really. He always look like a sadist- someone who has shit on himself. Apart from the fact that he is a musician, I don't see what the ladies like in him.

Humberto madly in love (the right way) with his wife Amanda. Amanda should be arrested for Identity theft- I don't see what Willy, Humberto and Santiago see in her. I really like to see her face when she sees Willy for the first time.

SW: Piedad will likely be the last person to know Julian's true identity. Valeria is delusional- her mind is one sided. Benjamin is on the verse of losing his wife- a fitting end to nagging/judgmental Tatiana.

FH: Juan Marcos is plain dumb, there is a new killer on the lose. So willy's mom is alive, Angela just struck Gold, something good came out of her jail time. I feel Dariu being exonerated soon.

SW- I have a feeling lucy dies during delivery while the baby lives or she gives birth to a girl.

There is a possibility that Matilde will recuperate, but she has to undergo a surgery in order to recover her abilities. Julian refuses to give his permission to operate Matilde, because he's afraid she will tell he is the serial assassin. Julian asks Matilde's doctor to wait until after his wedding with Piedad so it wouldn't ruin his perfect plans.

Luisa and Rodrigo go to Texas together and they find Daniel Vidal's cellmate who reveals important information about Julian(that he is the killer and that he murdered his mother).

Valeria Stewart falls back in drug use because Rodrigo only thinks about Piedad. She is having problems with her manager, and there are gossips and rumors in her public life as high fashion model that she is taking cocaine.

Lola and Lucy have their babies on the same day at the same hospital. Lucy has a boy and Lola has another girl. Lucy kidnaps her baby and flees from the hospital. Now she is wandering around the streets of Chicago carrying her baby in a supermarket cart. Pedro Pablo puts up missing Lucy signs all over Chicago.

One month later, Lola forgives Pedro Pablo. Everything is ready for Piedad and Julian's wedding. Benjamin decides not to attend because of his rivalry with Julian. Rodrigo is very nervous and scared. Camila is studying her exams at university. She and Benjamin are only friends now. Camila became good friend with Valeria.

Julian finally realizes his dream and marries Piedad. Before the wedding ceremony took place, Emilio Julian and Matilde gave Piedad a gift, his genealogical table project that Emilio was asked to do for school.

Emilio, without the permission of Julian, stole Julian's mother photo and put it on his genealogical table project. Piedad begins to recall all what Rodrigo and Valeria told her about Julian, and that Eva Zaneti's body was dressed with exactly the same black dress as Julian's mother wears in the photo. Despite that, she decides to marry Julian.

At the same time, Rodrigo visits Matilde, begs her to give him a sign to finally confirm him that Julian is the serial assassin. Matilde begins to cry and presses Rodrigo's hand.

Rodrigo understands that he is right about his suspicions toward Julian, and runs to rescue Piedad and avoid the wedding. Unfortunately Rodrigo arrives too late. He witnesses Julian and Piedad leaving their wedding for their honeymoon. Rodrigo breaks down, understanding that he lost Piedad, the love of his life, forever.

Matilde's surgery is successful and she is able to talk and move again. Julian desperate because he knows his days of freedom are counted because of Matilde's surgery and tries to escape but he encounters Tatiana and she drags him to a point which Julian forcefully grabs her and stabs her trying to kill her. She survives the injury but is in a very bad condition. Julian manages to escape from the hospital, and at this point everybody knows that Julian Garcia is the serial assassin.

Rodrigo calls Piedad, telling her to leave Julian's apartment telling her that the police is after him because they already know he is the murderer. Piedad refuses to believe and at this point Julian arrives to the apartment. She sees a blood stain on his shirt and understands that Rodrigo was always right. Julian also confess her that he is "El Cazador". Julian kidnaps Piedad and her daughter Sofia, puts her to sleep, takes them to his lair.

Valeria follows them with her car reaching to Julian's lair. She could tell at time Rodrigo and the police the location of Julian. Valeria tries to confront Julian, to hit him and rescue Piedad and the baby. But Julian again manages to capture Valeria. He ties her up and after Valeria taunts him, he brutally kills Valeria, stabbing her several times in stomach making her his fourteenth victim.

At this time Rodrigo also reaches to Julian's lair, and finds out that Julian murdered Valeria. In order to save Piedad and his daughter, he confronts Julian and they both fight each other. Julian manages to grab a knife and stab Rodrigo, making Rodrigo unconscious. Piedad escapes immediately, holding baby in her arms.

Finale:

After stabbing Rodrigo, making him unconscious, Julian pours Rodrigo with gasoline, wanting to burn him alive. Finally, Julián lights up the cabin and when Julián tries to escape Rodrigo wakes up in time and fights back Julian. They both get caught in fire.

Rodrigo and Julian managed to escape from the burning cabin. Julian was running out of the cabin with his whole body on fire, everyone thought it was Rodrigo. but then Rodrigo came out with the dead body of Valeria in his arms. Julian was burned to death but Rodrigo survived with no serious injuries. In one particular moment while police covered the burned and deformed body of the killer, the spirit of Eva was shown wearing the black dress and pearl necklace. Several months later, Tatiana has survived her injury and she and Benjamin are together again.

Camila graduates university; she helped save the life of her sister Tatiana by giving blood in order to save her life.

Matilde leaves Chicago to begin a new life with her son Emilio in California. Emilio has Julian's ashes in a box and in one point he moves his hair across his face just like Julian did when he was about to kill. So that gives a clue that Emilio will turn out to be a killer. Luisa gets a medal for solving the case of "El Cazador" and Sanchez congratulates her, so she puts her hand out to shake his hand but he hugs her instead.

Pedro Pablo and Lola are together raising their four daughters and the baby Pedrito which is Lucy's son. Lucy is in a mental hospital.

Rodrigo receives an offer to work in North Carolina, and tells Piedad he can't live without her and without their daughter Sofia. Rodrigo asks her to join him and Piedad accepts and they are together. The final scene is the two of them sitting in the park with their daughter.

FH:just when you tot angela will finally be free,fernanda pulls up her usual stunts as the telenovela's main villiian ....dont know what to say to angela but will forceful admission to those crimes make her daughter safe? she should have known that luis martinez will never allow fernanda to even touch their daughter...well na them sabi
