Which university? Whose University? - The madam did not ask lie lie question - she asked de right question.

Who does not know the politics of location of tertiary institutions in Imo state? No court can grant the Ogboko university facility to a private organisation.

Truth is that if ORO leaves office without opening the university, next govt is most likely to convert it to a poultry or even a zoo. But Ogboko and neighbouring towns may not like ordour from poultry/zoo.

You are funny Mr. What exactly is wrong with the pictures you just posted? What I see there is obviously broken pavement. I also implore you to enter inside gutter and snap dirty water or better still enter mechanic village and snap the oily ground. It will also not be a bad idea to go searching round the State for every bad road, school or refuse dump to prove your false point.

Mr. Man your case is quite different from the case of Onyegecha(mrs/miss). Your problem is that you want Rochas to open a multi faculty university in Orlu and environs but you've never denied that Rochas has tried in the area of education, industry, road network(both urban and rural), cities expansion and beautification , health, hospitality, trade/commerce, etc. Atimes if i look at your case, your agitation seems to be just because you want your Orlu to be as develop as Owerri and compete with it in all facet of life which everybody can wish for. But Onyegecha will tell you that outrightly Rochas is a scam and has failed imolites, which i don't like. She has said repeatedly that imolites are facing worst road, worst education in Rochas regime and that Rochas has failed imolites and should be kicked out of office in the next election while the same Rochas is the best gov Imo state has ever produced, he has surpassed Mbakwe. Mbakwe did not build any University(pls ask gov. Ike Nwachukwu, he's still alive), his work then was centered only at Aba and Owerri, he did nothing in Umuahia(Michael okpara's home, where he said they broke his father's jaw of wine), Orlu(Collins Obi's area), Ohaofia and Okigwe(Amadi ikwechegh can tell more from his grave), but today the same Rochas Mrs. Onyegecha called a scam is building 2 universities in Imo state, one at ogboko and the other at Mbaise, I'm sure of 2 polytechnics, one at Orlu, former TESEIC and other at mbano, many colleges and schools(eg, the school of health technology at Okporo), he revived Avutu poultry, imo Ada palm and Oguta wonder lake, he's developing Owerri and at the same time paying serious attention to Orlu and Okigwe. Mrs. Onyegecha is a heartless liar and i believe she's a staff of Nairaland cos she has banned me many times because i said something good about Rochas which was true and was what i saw with my eyes. She has been trying to cover the main truth and can lie without conscience. No right thinking person can have the gut and say that Rochas has not done well in imo state cos the things are there for one to see whenever one is passing imo state. I pass imo state virtually every week and i know that before the inception of Rochas govt there was nothing like Malaysia mkt in Obowo, relief mkt in Owerri and Mgbidi, Orlu shopping plaza, Okporo shopping plaza, new Orlu building material mkt, no single dual carriage road and street light in Orlu and Okigwe, nothing like Heros' square, no free education, no University facilities at Ogboko and Mbaise, no school of health technology facility at Okporo, no skill acquisition centre at Okporo, no Imo anthem, no free school uniform for school children, no children parks at Orlu and Owerri, IMSUTH was almost collapsed, Rockview Hotel building was an abandoned property, Owerri was not the way it is today, no much rural roads(though Udenwa tried in the area of rural roads). So Mr. Man don't question me if i don't want to engage her. She's far from Imo state and can not ask question from people within.
Re: Few Pics From Imo State by B2mario(m): 1:21am On Oct 27, 2014
Check her reaction to pix posted by Abagworo, after she might have seen the Rockview hotel at the background.
Onyegecha:

Are you showing us what you and your oga have in mind or what is on ground? We all know that that building will most likely remain on paper forever.
Re: Few Pics From Imo State by B2mario(m): 1:50am On Oct 27, 2014
This was your candid testimony
millionaireman:

Friend, you may wish to go back to this thread, observe that my comments have been for even development of all parts of Imo state, and not concentrating development only on the present Imo-one-City State of old Owerri and New Owerri cities, no to an ugly phenomenon where all five tertiary institutions in Imo state are located to the convenience of just one area of the state, and thus reserve the advantage of cheaper and mass tertiary education only for Owerri.

On this matter of roads, I harp on channeling of Orlu flood waters to a valley so that money spent by us Imolites on building roads in Orlu area shall not be a waste in a few years from now. Building the channel gutter is job of state government - never that of federal government, as abagw. here misinforms readers. Some of the roads Sam Mbakwe govt built in parts of Owerri still remain good, because the state govt provided drainage system in the city.

I said it earlier, Okorocha govt has done a lot regarding road development all over Imo state. If one continuously harps on ensuring that the roads last long wherever in the state they are built, that must be welcome.

If you notice, my dear, i do not throw insults on people and i will not let you draw me down that lane of infamy. I will not keep quiet and allow anybody truncate the truth in the land of my birth. That is why i bother to respond to posts like yours. My question remains, who owns the university at Ogboko? Does it have a name?
The so-called university at Mbaise, what is the stage of completion right now? The Imo college of Advanced studies,(built by Rochas) what has become of it now? What has happened to the school of health technology Amaigbo under Rochas?
I may not blame you(that is if you are merely one of his victims) because we are up against a great scammer who can deceive even the very smart.
If Rochas has surpassed Mbakwe like you claim, why do Imo sons and daughters troop out of the state in search of livelihood? Mbakwe built many viable factories. By now, Imo would have been the toast of the nation. The truth is bitter. Rochas has taken us back by sooo many years. Stop selling these lies because they may haunt you for many years to come.

You said you pass through Imo state regularly. Do you honestly think that is enough to make you an authority in Imo politics? Think again, my brother.

No matter how you tried to paint it, what you just wrote above smells of attempt at calling white black. Writing that Okorocha who is in almost every rural area in Imo with roads, schools, free education and hospitals is not impacting grassroots is lying to yourself. There is no basis for comparing Chime of 7years with Rochas of 3years. Chime has tried in his capacity but he didn't build 305 schools and he didn't build 27 modern standard hospitals and education is not free in Enugu either and other cities were not upgraded as done for Orlu and Okigwe.

Like I wrote earlier much has been done and a lot is left to be done. The World bank area which has had its challenges from time has not been transformed but a lot of factors including land dispute is inhibiting Government and private infrastructure in that area. IMHO, facing the rural areas is more important at the moment than World bank. Let the projects in the rural areas be completed 1st and in the next tenure, Umuguma people should try and be peaceful to get Government presence. Same with Ohaji people who are busy importing Dee gbam and Dee well into Imo State.
The fact remains that Chime has failed Enugu people. Imagine Chime painting roads built by Michael Okpara. Putting Christmas light on every available tree. Failing to open up Nsukka area or his Udi town. But people will not see this, what they see is the Christmas light at night. Chime has failed Enugu people. Most of the New major infrastructures were built by Chimaroke. Why concentrate on the state capital that became urban before Chime was born?

Relax and think deeply before giving your tribalistic self up. Mbaise people should learn to contribute to the development of Imo State rather than creating political instability.

Igbos generally believe in moving out of the village in search of fortune and you cannot come up with lies about Imo people "trooping" out when in actual fact more people from other States have migrated en mass to Imo State since 2011. Development in Imo is not on paper like Jonathan's own but clearly visible. The biggest mistake made by Mbakwe was government venturing into industry and it is what led to most of the debts being owed by Imo and Abia States today. What Rochas has done with Concorde and Imo palm is the best solution which is to relieve government of financial leakage and allowing private investors run business. It is also his aim with Avutu which for now is being run by government till private investor is attracted. The shoe industry in Owerri has also started working but you failed to see that. The best thing he has done is that most of us outside the State are looking home for investment quite unlike in the past. The effects of this change will make physical impact in about 5years from now.

They are 3 different hospitals. I only posted them as an update and I like the use of aluco-bonds in place of paint for the finishings. Also I now believe they can be completed this 1st tenure. The buildings are completed and interior is ongoing. The next should be equipping before facing the exterior.
