E.g I signed a 6mnths contract to stay in the apartment,thou they have my deposit incase smfin spoils. Buh I intend leaving the apartment to anoder after 3mnths of stay. am an MSc student.

You can...give them a month notice at least...you need to call them and have a chat with them.

Word of mouth agreement no tenancy agreement as such.

since theres no agreement, she just has to chill for you to find an alternative, you might want to consider areas in the greater london areas (with good transport links) you are very likely to pay more than the advertised rate as a family...avoid pakistani landlord if you can

You need studio accommodation and there are plenty of them in the website i gave you.
