I am very sure the new APC government will review this kangaroo judgment if voted into power. Can the minister of defence, chief of defence staff, chief of army staff all submit themselves to scrutiny and declare their assets? Just busy making huge billions from defence contract and charging the real soldiers in battle field for mutiny. The Romans did it. Whenever there's a mutiny in the roman army, the commanders kill 10% of their soldiers as punishment. It will be any random 10%. The roman army unit has about 500-600 soldiers. If there's anmutiny in the regiment, after it is contained, the commanders don't even bother with trying to find out those who did the mutiny, they just toss the coin and kill the unfortunate 10% of the regiment which will be about 50-60 soldiers.
