The growth rate of unemployment in the country poses a great concern which needs to be attended to with the utmost urgency. This is made worse with the accompanying rise in crime and social vices. These sad societal trends, among others, propelled me to write this article as a way of presenting a viable source of income to the teeming population of job seekers. It is a business which I once traded in for years.

Trading in household cosmetics is one of the lucrative business ventures to start in Nigeria. Nigeria is located in the subtropical region and thus receives a great flux of solar energy all year round. This condition requires extra skin care if the population should avoid dermatological diseases from high solar influx thus creating a high demand for cosmetics products such as bathing soaps, body creams, hair cream etc.

Though there are many cosmetics retailers in Nigeria but that shouldn’t stop your dream of starting this kind of business. Remember, it’s not what you do but how you do it and it’s not the numbers of people doing your kind of business that matters, but how well you do yours. The good advantage anyone doing any kind of business in Nigeria has is the population density. Regardless of your kind of business in Nigeria you will always have your own customers and make your profits if your business is done the right way.

Starting any business requires a process and cosmetics business is no exception. Follow me as I unfold to you the secrets of successfully starting and managing a cosmetics business. >>> CLICK HERE
