D cut-off for last year was 200 and u need ur maths,phy and chemistry. And as for the security issue,minna is very safe,,I had d same mindset just lik u wen I was applyin too.we paid N48,700 for registration fee and another N20,000 for acceptance of admission which is to be paid before payin d registration fee.
