Just a question to those in/ had been in usa. How well would u say that africans and african americans get on with each other? I know d common belief over here is like they r going to immidiately make friends with us like some long lost brothers. But in reality, our cultures and lifestyles differ. So naiaralanders knowledgeable about the matter, what's ur take? I'm curious to know for some reasons.

The common belief is dead wrong! There is no like hatred but they just do not mix as much mainly because of cultural differences. Blacks generally knew nothing much about Africans except for how they were negatively portrayed by Hollywood and the media.....pretty much the same way Africans knew nothing much about Blacks except how they are still negatively portrayed by Hollywood and the media. The result....Blacks stayed away from Africans....and Africans stay away from Blacks. Nollywood movies...love it or not.... positively changed the image Blacks had of Africans....resulting in the Blacks now showing interest and trying to mix with Africans. But then Africans still hold....and promote as you see so often in this forum....that Blacks should be avoided! So Africans generally move in their own circles and this does not help to close the cultural gap. I wouldn't say that Blacks look down on Africans....they just don't get along as much as they do with other Blacks.....West Indians and Latinos.

400 years of teaching them that Africa was a jungle the whites brought them out of, until 1915 to 1930s, African American never knew they had others blacks somewhere on the planets. Once they(blacks) found out that they weren't alone in the world, the few that had glimpse or knew were killed. And a few join the Moor's movement, before Marcus Garvey and eventually Elijah Muhammad who openned all the secrets thhat was not even known to African in homeland.
The whites went to work by making Africa look bad to the African Americans, and also by making African American look like animals and crack head to the African Homelanders. This deceit is still carried on until this very minute where the carefully pitch one black against the other blacks. francophones against anglophones.
Jamaicans against every other and vice versa. Even hatred between the tribes in Nigeria was initiated by the whites, and throughout black communities on the planet.

YES! Our inability to mingle amongst ourselves is solely due to the whiteman's mischief. They make us fight amongst ourselves. Not only the caucasians but also the arabs. they created division through religion, through imposing on us their languages, by enforcing borders all across the African continent. That this is Nigeria, that place is Benin, On the east is Cameroon and North is Niger is not our doing, it is the whiteman's doing.

We did not enslave nobody. We never had anything called "prison", we either sentence to death, banish or 'MAKE AN OFFENDER WORK FOR SOME STIPULATED PERIOD UNDER HIS VICTIM", and it was under flogging or bad conditions.

The reason why the non-blacks are angry at us is merely jealousy and envy, unknown to the black people.
Black people have eternal life, black people are eternal beings. (means, as a black person, you will continue to re-incarnate yourself. do not mistake this with karma, karma is a lie. Your spirit is always the same all the time, but your soul or personality will be unique in every life).

The non-blacks are promised everlasting life; that is if they do good and righteous. everlasting can only exist mentally but never on the physical realm. their soul is unique, but their spirit doesn't belong to them, It belonged to the blacks called Eloheim or Orisha.

The second reason is kind of revenge, When they misbehaved just like they have been doing for quite sometimes now, when they began to make mischiefs 6000 years ago, we rounded them up and locked them up into the caves of europe; there, they lost their minds and became animal like after 2000 years. Then their Makers who are the Eloheim sent to them Moses to raise them up to fulfill their mission, to fulfill what they are made for. However, Eloheim always sent them Prophets to teach them of righteous ways, and to us the black people to remind us of who we are.
