I'm inviting my mum on a B2 visa to attend a graduation ceremony. All her kids school and work in the U.S. I've not visited Nigeria in donkey years. None of us visits Nigeria, but my dad visits 2-3 times a year. Could this be an issue? What can she possibly use to "claim ties" to Nigeria?

For a graduation ceremony, is 3 weeks seemingly an overstay?

So my uncle just got back from his interview at V.I today. Here's how he told me his transcript went:

He said he didn't spend up to a minute during the interview but they were delays before the interview. He said most people he saw got their visas approved.

I'm so nervous for my mum. My brother sent a personal letter attached to a formal invitation from the college explaining that she missed his high school grad (2009) and undergrad ceremony (2013) and don't want her to miss his masters grad ceremony. I wanted to send my tax docs and employment /salary information, but worry that I'm doing too much since she's attending a siblings graduation.

I prepared a couple questions like,
Why are you going to the U.S.?
How long do you intend to stay?
What do you do for a living?
Who will sponsor your trip?
Have you visited the U.S.?
How many countries have you visited?
How many kids to you have?
Where are they? ( Chai...Chineke me )

Can anyone add relevant questions?
