The new acting IG will be 60 yrs old in June and hence he can not even become a substantive IG, he will surely only be an appendage in history of IGs.
A substantive IG will be nominated by the incoming government for Senates comfirmation.

Dont quote me.... I think he collected $$$ to work with PDP, started well and ok until he decided to work and let the will of God prevail and let the
peoples voice be heard.

After then he became GEJ's enemy number one and an easy target to get rid off as well to show the Presidents disgust

Cos I wonder why hes not said anything since he was sacked publicly.... it was done is such an undeserving manner for the number one Police officer in the country to be sacked by a tweet by Abati....

Thats my take.... on the issue
