OP. You are confused and here to deceive gullible Christians. You are pretending to be a bible scholar, referring us from one verse to another to support your fallacies, which do not even agree with your fallacious statements.
Just only one question for you; Show me only one bible verse that talks about pre-Adamic age (that proves that Adam was not the first man but a restored man created in the image of God).
Show me the bible verse that says that God destroyed the earth with flood after He cast Satan down to earth. "There was war in heaven..." (Rev:12:7) and not on earth.

Each gives the ancestors of Joseph the CLAIMED husband of Mary and Step father of Jesus(PBUH). The first one starts from Abraham(verse 2) all the way down to Jesus. The second one from Jesus all the way back to Adam. The only common name to these two lists between David and Jesus is JOSEPH, How can this be true? and also How can Jesus have a genealogy when all Muslims and most Christians believe that Jesus had/has no father.

"Whom no man hath seen nor can see." (1 Tim. 6:16)
CRUEL, UNMERCIFUL, DESTRUCTIVE, and FEROCIOUS or KIND, MERCIFUL, and GOOD:
"I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy." (Jer. 13:14) "Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not, but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling."
"The Lord is very pitiful and of tender mercy." (James 5:11)
"For his mercy endureth forever." (1 Chron. 16:34)
"The Lord is good to all, and his tender mercies are over all his works." (Ps. 145:9)

"And falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all of his bowels gushed out." (Acts 1:18)

"No man hath ascended up to heaven but he that came down from heaven, ... the Son of Man." (John 3:13)
What was Jesus' prediction regarding Peter's denial?
Before the rooster crow - Matthew 26:34
Before the rooster crow twice - Mark 14:30
How many times did the rooster crow?
MAR 14:72 And the second time the rooster crew. And Peter called to mind the word that Jesus said unto him, Before the rooster crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice. And when he thought thereon, he wept.
MAT 26:74 Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the rooster crew.
MAT 26:75 And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the rooster crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly.
LUK 22:60 And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the rooster crew.
LUK 22:61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the rooster crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.
JOH 13:38 Jesus answered him, Wilt thou lay down thy life for my sake? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, The rooster shall not crow, still thou hast denied me thrice.
JOH 18:27 Peter then denied again: and immediately the rooster crew.
Who killed Saul
SA1 31:4 Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.
SA1 31:5 And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise upon his sword, and died with him.
SA1 31:6 So Saul died, and his three sons, and his armourbearer, and all his men, that same day together.
SA2 1:15 And David called one of the young men, and said, Go near, and fall upon him. And he smote him that he died.
Someone is definitely lying somewhere.

God is all knowing He created Adam and Eve first as human. Yes the earth exist but was a water body. I hope you know God can adorpt jupiter and make it habitable for human?he just need say be and it will. The lucifer flood you talking about could only come after creation of Adam and Eve because lucifer was a good angel until was casted out because he disobey about bowing to adam. Stop going to peter to pick things of creation. We all know, most of those books are put together by individuals then which is still the reason the isealit has refuse to accept the new testament. Stop testing your faith because you may fall before you know it. If you sit and search your new testament well guy am sure you will cease from being a christian. As long as we can't go back to 6000years and the only way we all can know is to visit the oracles which we not ready for then let the sleeping dogs sleep.

Stop confusing yourselves, the "bible" which you people like to quote is contradictory even in its simplest form. Since the beginning, humans have tried to explain their world and themselves, yet they seem to get more confused. Whether there is God or not, whether you believe or not. The overall message is simple and clear, LOVE (Not the diluted version you guys know). It's preached in every religion, understood in every language, encouraged by every folktale, and practised in every culture. True LOVE, that knows no colour, race, tribe, or religion. The LOVE which is "the beautiful scent that the flower leaves on the heels that crushed it".

I dare you to try it!!!!
Yeah, Bible is 'contradictory' to you, because the solutions to the apparent contradictions is not sufficient enough for you, therefore like www.answeringislam.org noted, contradictions are apparently tricky and solutions to me isn't solution to you.

You have a point dear, even St. Paul had same view about love. 1 Corinthians 13. But is a world of love truly possible? I bet it isn't. The Bible knew this fact, and even prophesied a world of hatred in the last days. It is also a failed attempt by you to try to give all religions a 'love' attribute, thereby trying to equate all. But like St. Paul listed, there are three things we need: love, faith and hope. The Bible promises us hope of love <peace and happiness> if we have faith. Just as we die everyday and have hope of waking up, so does the Bible give us hope of waking from death, this time not to war, not to a world of tolerance, not to a world of immorality and struggle, but to the right hand of Our Lord Jesus, the Son of Our God, to live forever in happiness. Requiring only that we believe, hope and have faith . @sharer johnydon22

To clarify, evolution does not claim there's a need for a designer. Neither does it claim there is no need for one.

What I do know is that it acknowledges that evolution works in a way such that it "betters" the product. To me, that can't be a random process. It must have been controlled by a prime-mover, and for me that's God.

God is a proper noun, and it generally means "supreme deity". I don't see how there can be so many "supremes".

So again, I'll ask, which one(s) do you know?

I don't understand how people can believe in God and I have one simple reason over all my other reasons why he doesn't exist. People say God's love is unconditional, he even killed his son (who was really himself) for us to all be forgiven? But isn't that in itself a horrendous and horrible act? If God loved us so much, why does he punish us rather than lead us down the right road? Why do hundreds of people die everyday by things they cant even control like starvation, thirst, slavery abuse and everything else on the list? Why are little children who haven't even had a chance to be born into the world and discover God born into poverty or genocide? Like what the hell? You love us so much yet you decide since Eve ate a damn fruit, we all suffer.

Okay, there are so many... what? So many God?

Edit: I didn't say "my God" or "my god" or "a god" or "god". I said "God", and it's a proper noun that has one meaning.
Just like saying "I was talking to macof" and you ask me "Which one?" as if macof isn't a proper noun in the Nairaland context.

Oh! little one you don't understand a thing

God is nt a name lik macof.. its a title
macof can be given a title by his people, goosebaba given the same title by his people and we both bare the same title
say the title is "Eze"
macof is Eze (the only Eze to his people)
goosyb is Eze to his own people too

now is there only one Eze?

Oh now I'm "little one" because we don't agree? I see your brand of condescension is gradually surfacing.

God is NOT a title when it is used as a proper noun. macof is a proper noun. InesQor is a proper noun. Nairaland is a proper noun. Nigeria is a proper noun. Read more about proper nouns here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proper_noun

A more appropriate question you could have been asking in this context of a proper noun is "Who is God?" and not "Which God"? undecided

Edit: I didn't say "my God" or "my god" or "a god" or "god". I said "God", and it's a proper noun that has one meaning.
Just like saying "I was talking to macof" and you ask me "Which one?" as if macof isn't a proper noun in the Nairaland context.

Guy stop deluding yourself... One meaning "God " but different concepts. Do you believe in Yaweh and Allah together..?
