You all need to read " A Short History of Nearly Everything" by Bill Bryson.. Heavily condensed book in terms of information.

No hard feelings brother. Let's maintain the serene atmosphere please. You are entitled to your opinion and I respect that, but then, there are many others that might be interested in what you aren't. Its obvious you are a book lover too for you to enter this thread and adopt the sacred hashtag. Nonetheless, please let's keep books at the centre stage in this thread NOT recriminations directed at people (this admonition goes for everyone in this thread). Maturity consists in knowing what to pay attention to and what to ignore.
Thanks for sharing though.
You're much welcome.

I think science students will relate more to this. Though its like the book was less esoteric and can still appeal to non-science students that just want to explore that world without meeting blocks of inscrutable terminologies. As a passing shot, please don't always forget to tell us the category the book you are suggesting falls into and the potential audience that will relate more to it, so that the target audience will be met easily. Thanks for sharing.

“There is a tide in the affairs of men, Which taken at the flood, leads on to fortune. Omitted, all the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and in miseries....".

Buhari used my favourite quote of shakespeare today.
