This is Second time South African denied me a Visa. The reason for denied me the first Application is "Insufficient fund to make the trip" with the balance of #700,000. After 6month for operating my account In&out transaction I apply again with the balance of #8m plus, i was denied again on the 20/03/2015 with the excuss of "Documentation Lacks Credibility"
Please the all house Advise me on Next Step or any adjustment again?

Why are you asking me the question that you have a better answer to? I have not seen the terms and conditions of your insurance policy, nor do i know its validity. So, why did you ask me?
Well, i am corresponding with you with the understanding that you are a gentle someone, but if you are going to resort to cursing or swearing at people, i would differ.

From ₦700.000 to ₦8m within a short period?
"Documentation lacks credibility" means fraudulent documents. Now, you are asking for advice on the next step?
Well, the next step is to STEP away from South African embassy for good.

Hi guys, please I need help with details probably from someone who has done it before of the actual process(not the generic list usually dished out) of applying for a spanish visa.

It is what they call "Money Lodgement" which is a huge red flag for most embassies. You presented a 700K account balance 6 months ago and to return with an 8 million account balance 6 months later. Except you got a new job where you were getting paid/making about One million every month, it is Money Lodgement most especially if you presented a pay slip of your monthly earnings which is not one million naira monthly,

I hope you understand. Cheers.

Hi, I know i shouldn't put it here but i am not getting any response from the appropriate thread.

I am thinking of applying for a French tourist Visa. I am a Medical Doctor and i have about two weeks off next month. I have a valid 2 year British visa and i intend on staying in London for a couple of days then go to Paris for three days during my work break. I have never been and i hear it is fun and beautiful. I love to travel but that green passport won't let someone be great. lol.
I am going to be sponsoring the trip myself. i am 27. Single. I have about 1M in my Savings account. Salary is about 150k but i still get some money from my parents sometimes plus i had money saved up while i was in school as a student. My Salary is being paid into my account and i take out a sum and save up in another account. I however don't have payslips - as seen as part of the requested documents on their site- because it takes forever for pay slips to be ready where i work. The only pay slip is have is for December 2014 and i think that is because i got paid my first salary then ( I started working in November 2014 ). I have been to England before in the past. I intend on booking a ticket from Lagos-London-Paris-Lagos. is that okay?
Also, would my not having the pay slips affect my chances really because i think that is where i am lacking. ( All the other documents required i have/can get). That plus i have been denied a Netherlands Airport Transit visa before ( weird right ) and a Shengen visa from Slovakia about 4 years ago. Just a bit paranoid here. Thank you.

Greeting to NL Peeps..

My ITALY visa application was refused ..going to appeal it, as i was told i can in the doc presented..They said appeal should be with the assistance of a lawyer, what lawyer? local or foreign lawyer?

Also i want to know if it is something i can do myself, if it is, how can i send the appeal to T.A.R(Administrative Regional Court) of Latium, and with what format should i use to write the appeal.. the suckers didn't put no address or email to which i can send appeal to.. Does anyone know the right address?

Can someone please tell how it's done, will really appreciate

Oh wow. Not good news. Did you actually apply with just 200k as your account balance?? If Yes, you should get more money ( Don't lodge please ) before reapplying. 200K is way too small for a trip.

Our cases are quite similar. I am in Nigeria, about applying for a UK Tourist visa. Hopefully i will get the visa. I also want to visit Paris from UK while am there, for say 3/4 days. Do i need to get a Shengen visa for Paris here in Nigeria or i should wait when am in the UK. Will i get a pass at the French border?
Someone please help me clarify...thanks

It is impossible for you to get a Shengan visa in the UK, unless you are a british citizen.
You must get both visas in your home country.

Hello, I kindly need someone to help me with some information, i was at the Germany Embassy today for my appointment, the lady asked me couple of question which i answered them accordingly to the documents provided, and suddenly digressed to asked me about my Education which is definitely nothing to write home about, i paused a little bit to answer her because i didn't know if i should start to explain how i dropped out of sch the first time and later re-enrolling to another, when i have already started working even while i was schooling, apparently i was still schooling when i started working with a company as trained Estate Surveyor/ Project supervisor. The thing was, i said to her i have been working since 2010 and i finished sch 2012, then she asked me how come, then i told her i was shuttling from sch to work which was honestly what happened, she didn't ask me for sch certificates or anything, i have about 1 M in my personal account and i want to go to BErlin for 6 days. Do you think i might have a problem? Please sir (Everyone) i need

Greetings to everyone, Pls the issue of supporting documents is posing to b an obstacle for me. I intend to apply for a student Dutch Visa buh I don't know d documents to show to prove ties to home country. Though my parents nd siblings all live in Nigeria buh I think it's no prove.
Again, we have a registered company with CAC. d company's name is an acronym from my dad's name, my elder brothers name, my name nd my younger brothers name. my Dad is d DD, while we are Director 1, 2 & 3 respectively. it's a contracting nd supply company buh we had hardly used it to execute contracts nd as a results, we haven't paid d tax over 4 to 5 years now. so, can I use it as a tie to my home country? pls help.
we equally have landed property buh it's in my dad's name, can I use it? though I think I can't.
lastly, what other documents can I possibly present to convince d VO of a strong tie to my home country since I'm still single and unemployed at the moment. Thanks.
JUST ASKING PLS: Is it feasible to get a letter from a company stating that u are their employee (even though u are not) and that they've asked u to go for ur master's nd return to assume a better position in the company. Just to prove one's tie bk home. Thanks.

I was denied 2012 for a visa lottery during the interview with my girl friend, I was given a sheet of paper and MISREPRESENTATION was ticked
under section 212(a)(6)ci.

My issue now is that,,i got married with a new lady 2013 with kid and my wife is in Canada schooling and I want to visit her. I read about the misrepresentation that stated that its a life ban from entering the USA. [b]Hope that will not affect my visiting to Canada to see my wife?. You might get a visiting visa on family grounds.
As you know your rejection is a very bad black mark that will looked at by visa officers.
All that you can do is to apply and see what they (Canada) say, this will cost you the application fee.
Do not get into the hands of any THIEF / agent, if it is possibly then you can do it yourself.
(You are banned from USA so don't waste time trying there.)

It is more than likely that the reason for your US visa application refusal will affect your Canadian visa application: it is obvious that a person who applied for a visa using misrepresentation is not going to leave the country...
During the Canadian visa application, you will be asked whether you have ever been refused a visa to any other country before, and if your answer is "YES", you would have to explain what happened; and if you give a false answer or misleading information, you face additional ban from Canada.
That is not to say that you can never get a visa for Canada of one for any other country, but you need a serious change in your circumstances to convince visa officers that you indeed deserve a visa. But as for the USA, just forget it until the Nigerian passport becomes visa-free or you are able to get a passport that doesn't need a visa to enter the USA

If you are a British Citizen you wouldn't need a Shengan visa wink

You are correct in that you cannot apply for a Shengan visa from within the UK on a visitors visa (now called UK Standard Visitor Visa)
https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa/overview

You can apply if you reside in the UK with appropriate visas that allow you to live/work/study in the UK for a Shengan visa with a Nigerian passport

Hope that helps cheesy

Actually, British citizens do not require a visa to any normal country in the world.
Well, a person with a UK residence permit can apply for a Schengen visa from the UK, and a person who holds a permit due to marriage to an EU citizen can travel to any Schengen state without a visa provided that his Residence Permit indicates that he is a family member of an EU citizen or, he has a marriage certificate to present to the airline staff.

Note: In some cases, airline staff might want to know whether you are traveling with, or you are going to meet your (EU citizen) family member, but whatever answer that you give them is fine as they have no way of knowing where your family member is: if a person is unreasonable enough to voluntarily give them the hint that their travel has nothing to do with their family member, then, he could be stopped.
