There could be varied reasons for this. I used to work in one of the top banks in the country in the northern part of Nigeria. The first time i witnessed this was when the state Universal Basic Education Board instructed their staff to obtain bank statements with a very short deadline. Of course they all came at the same time and you can only attend to one at a time. Most of them opted to sit on
the floor instead of stay on the queue.

Re: Customers Sitting On The Floor At Access Bank In Yola (photos) by deebsman1(m): 1:29pm On Jun 24, 2015
and i saw the Access Bank MD Wigwe or what is his name this morning not waiting for traffic just at the International affairs junction(Oniru Bus-stop) on Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, VI with his convoy of 2 police hiluxes, i was just thinking on my mind the kind of country we r living where some people just belief that by virtue of opportunity they have in life, they are so above the law. An MD breaking traffic rule but the organization he is heading could not provide proper banking facilities for the customers they are lording over, i tire for this country. "people are not suppose to go to a bank and be stressing at all"

My country.

The problem with us is that we wait for a deadline before we get anything done.

This BVN ish has been up for months now.

But Nigerians will wait till its a few days to the given deadline like they just heard about it.

So na This same thing people come turn to election permanent voters card dey queue for grin cheesy

Nigeria is underbanked

I remember when Soludo was the CBN governor, banks were opening branches like new recharge cards, then Sanusi with his Masters in Islamic studies happened.
To get good service from banks na wahala
