On three occasions I was engaged to be married....and I bailed on every one of them (one was a proposal I said yes to...then ran away....dunno if it counts)
With each engagement I would wake up with a pounding heart and an elevated blood pressure...no kidding
As soon as I broke each one....my body would be at peace
At least that is a way to know you are NOT ready...when your heart thuds like it wants to escape from your poor chest, and you feel like the world is shutting down on you
...and you feel happier once the engagement is off

Very possible. Career is something you build throughout your professional years as well as the family till death do you all part in old age. Finding a balance in all these tasks/aspirations is the key to having it all without stress.

In achieving a peaceful and united home front with productive career, you should be thorough in spouse selection process. If you are joined with the wrong man, marriage will not be the institution meant to enjoy. However, if you marry a great and nice man, heaven is the only thing that "best" it.

It takes personal desire to get married but it takes wisdom and God’s guidance to stay married

There is never any perfect time to get married. Being ready for marriage mean you are ready to accommodate other person’s differences, embrace flexibility of approach and understand the need to endorse your other half as your primary concern

Marriage is an individual journey so you need to be in it to face your own unique challenges before you can understand how it affects one’s life.

Your other half has to be understanding and should be able to meet you half way where possible in order to balance want and need.

Maturity (emotional, financial)
Tolerance
Sacrifice
Etc

How does marriage change you?

My dear Sassy, I've been married for 6 yrs now and talking from experience, the best thing to ever do before marriage is to basically know yourself to an extent. Because during marriage, many things happen like parenting will definitely have a great change in your life cos you'll have to balance all these very well - being a good wife, your career, your children & also nt forgetting ur family and inlaw. It's good u are gathering information.u will need it so long it is from the right source tho. Let me give u my honest contribution:

Ur man isnt perfect.even if he tries hard to look so. Pls give him a break when he offends u, don't crucify him.just get ready with a big heart to accommodate ur differences.

It's not d way ur husband sees things u see them cos u two grew up in different worlds but try see things his way...

Present ur advise to him as a suggestion. Don't impose it, men don't like feeling controlled.

Be ready to take d blame n apologize when in a hot misunderstanding...latter on u can pour out ur heart wisely n u will get ur apology.

If u can do these tins then u are almost der. The last piece will be to consult God. He will tell u if it's time to marry n wit whom.
