[size=15pt]Position: PORTER ROLE[/size]
We have a special request from our client in the medical industry for candidates who meet specific requirements, and would want to invite candidates for test and screening for the several openings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in the movement/transportation of patients who require assistance
- Distribute post, files and specimens between departments and external contacts
- Provide refreshments to VIP patients and assist in the management of their investigative process
- Record and/or pass on messages to the Nurse-in-Charge as required
- Report issues and complaints to relevant nursing staff as required.
- Provide gowns/clothing items to those in for scans
- Bed making/Laundry – where applicable
- Assessing patient mood and providing a source of reassurance/comfort if needed
- Accompany patient into the scan if requested

If you're applying for any Job Role with this people, dont put all your hope on them! They're bunch of Huge Dissapointment. I remember how i was invited for their Aptitude Test, wrote and passed! And was also successful in the Interview stage and subsequently got a call for Documentation as i type, never heard from them for the past 2yrs plus !! Although i got informed that they give more preference to OND and HND Holders! Well, thats by the way! The good thing is one is meaningfully employed now. I'm not discouraging anyone from trying his or her luck! Just saying from a Bitter Experience. Goodluck to you'all applying!

STOP DISCOURAGING OTHERS FROM APPLYING. I have 8 relationships that have benefited from ICS Limited. Three of them started off on entry level positions (while I was still in 400 level) but today they are earning six figure salaries. Another two worked as bank tellers for a while. They proved themselves competent enough and presently they are permanent staff with those banks. ICS has one of the best and credible recruitment process.

I am very sorry you had a "bitter experience" with them as said. What you need to know is to understand the process and how it works.

ICS Limited is a recruitment company which means they work based on what their clients want. The process you went through is to prepare you should they have a request that meets your qualification. It is not only about qualification, it is about what the client needs.

So please, should you need any clarifications, I would encourage you to call their contact details or bring your complaint in person. I believe they have an open door policy.

Oh dear, they are very comfortable. If not I wouldn't be here defending them. Most graduates want to start off from the top even when they have little or no experience.

LOLS @ Bolded! Those banks he's even talking about dont pay above 70k. And strictly on contract. His Relationships will never tell him the hell they're passing through to earn that figure.

stop being Naive young man! Didnt you read where i said they give more preference to OND and HND Holders? If i dont get seconded by them does that mean they dont employ folks or what? and you're here blabbing Trash on my Mention. There's No harm in trying! Probably my own case was different or something. I know if it were about qualification i was well qualified based on the Job description, experience Grade and all that! Please i'm done with your Mentions!!

Thank you for the kind response! Unlike the other empty Head that jumped into my mention to attack me. Truth is they're one of the most reputable recruitment Agency i know and that was the reason i gave them the benefit of the doubt when they called me for a Job Opening which i was well qualified based on the Job description. But got mad at them after going through their rigorous process of documentation within 72hrs to provide strong Guarantors. After all that, i never got any follow up call from them! Who will it be that would be happy? It got to a point my guarantors were already congratulating me that i've gotten the Job for them to have Requested for such High profile personalities as Guarantors. After much more, i moved on until i got a reasonable Job with a Multinational firm to the Glory of God. So my post wasnt really directed at discouraging people as that guy wrongly opined. Was only sharing my personal experience with folks in here and also not to put all your Hope in them. JUst apply, and move on!! Thats all! If they call you fine! thats just the point i tried to make before someone from no where started the attack on me.

I have a similar experience with mrking3 for almost one and a half years no reply. Yes its true they give preference to hnd ond holders because another person who processed at the same time as me got called 9months after. Its a shame that hnd ond is now more valuable than bsc. Sometimes i ask God why me made me a citizen of this shithole. Smh.

i had similar experience, after writing their aptitude test, i attended their interview twice, went through rigorous process to meet up with their documentation. I was sent to Acess bank HQ alongside 3 others where we were interviewed. Received mail that the interview was successful. And that was all. Nothing again till now.
The fact that they are one of the leading recruiting firm cannot be disputed i even have many friends who got employed through ICSL. but the truth is you are not 100% guaranteed job even after fulfilling all their righteousness.
