Did you ever notice how Athletic players were crowded around Messi any time he got near the ball, like they were afraid he would sprint away again and score another memorable goal against them. ?? Neyboi would've been around to take away some pressure off him. Ney of course, commands attention. He would draw fouls and yellows in his wake. This gives Messi some breathing space.

Good to see Ter Stegen fittingly dropped to the bench. He's got it coming for some time now. He supposedly called off his extended holidays so he could travel to the US with the team and therefore usurp the starting line up from Bravo. He's failed spectacularly! With the form he showed, he would be lucky to stay the cup competitions.
