Tim cook has to be his own man. When steve jobs dissed stylus in 2007 the entire mobile devices landscape was different, dominated by those shitty WinMo devices with resistive screens.

Ipad pro is meant for "pros" , not the Netflix generation.

As for the iphones we all knew what was coming with the "s" suffix.

Apple Watch, meh. Never expected much. There's only so far you can take that form factor.

Im just more concerned with the Apple Tv. All that hype, just to get a rebranded Roku?

Apple is not doomed, not yet. But its on course.

Ps: Microsoft is not leading the tablet war by profit or market share. Apple is. But still, the pro makes for a very good laptop. Its tablet capabilities are still questionable with windows being such a terrible mobile os.

The iPad pro looks nice, I'll just swap my former devices and get new ones, I like the Rose Gold colour, I'm in aks now and my MacBook pro's screen just broke and I'm scared of changing it, any help?

Guess what, their stylus is called Apple Pencil and would be sold for $100 , after paying a whopping $1000 for a tablet . WTF, why are they f..king stingy and greedy?

You wanna know more, its still 1GB RAM and 750P(HD) in late 2015 when phone like Z5 has UHD. See ehn, the company is too greedy with specs but they will scream optimization. Isn't windows optimised enough to come with 2GB RAM and 1080P? isn't macintosh optimised enough to come with 16GB RAM. Inorder words, no true multi tasking for iPhone 6s.

IPad Pro without OS X Yosemite is a deal breaker. Just an over-sized tablet. Surface Pro 3 is still the better choice if you prefer a large screen tablet.

Now you are opening your eyes. When one talks about this insane and meaningless sh!ts, some acts like its hatred is whatever for the company/product. But Apple won't stop since the sales figures rises year after year, their phones are practically the same just few improvements but their users wouldn't agree.

Apple started the whole craze: accelerometers, gyroscopes, proximity sensors, sealed batteries, gorilla glass, capacitive multitouch, pinch to zoom, slide to unlock, glass panels, etc. Hell even the current samsung offerings look so much like the iphone, including sealed batteries, no Sdcards, even the earpods.

Goodluck having the Z5 premium set the world on fire. How many UHD TVs have you even seen? Or 4k content? 4k is overkill on a mobile device, except for when VR goes mainstream. And the Z5 is 4k only some of the time. For most usage it dumbs down to good old 1080p, so nyah!

And the iphone, with its meager 1gb and dualcore, is more fluid than your octacores (decacore is coming) and 4gb rams. That's smart design! So double nyah!!

No one buys their hardware just for specs. When steve jobs introduced the original iphone, the emphasis was on software. In that period Nokia was king of the hill, and what was Nokia known for? Killer hardware, poor software? So where's Nokia now? Same thing happened to Blackberry.

While the android world is littered with behemoths packing powerful and excessive hardware (and still lag) just to accommodate an OS centered around a virtual machine (Dalvik and ART), Apple nimbly gets by with modest hardware and clever software.

Why do you think Nexus devices focus more on pure android than raw specs?

And dude, windows cant be optimised for crap. You optimize based around a target hardware combo. Wintel is based around diversity of hardware, so how do you optimise for the myriad of hardware choices and OEM idiosyncrasies out there?

Apple is neither xiaomi, nor is it samsung. It doesnt have to cater for a broad spectrum of customers simply by designing no-margin products (xiaomi), or tossing everything haphazardly at the wall to see what sticks (samsung)

Apple is Apple, catering for people with taste and without the time to start messing around with memory cards, drivers, root and whatnot. Apple is the Burberry of phones. Apple is the Bentley of gadgets. Those without style, substance or purchasing power can step into those Tecno booths!


I make my purchasing decisions baswd on need and budget. Ive a mixture of devices, my next purchase will be the Elephone Vowney. I dont buy specs nor brand. I buy what i feel serves my purpose.

Apple is not inventive anymore and in many cases they find themselves replicating in the worse way what's already been done having it sell off the legacy of Jobs' word. Jobs would never allow most of Apple's latest products to hit their main stage and he has to be the only guy possibly in Hell having a stroke right now; bringing Microsoft out on stage??





The last Apple device or computer that was innovative was 5k iMac imo. What Apple is doing now increases their techno-diversity against Google's techo-saturation. Android runs on many phones, watches, and tablets from many hardware companies while Apple only has their hardware running their software. Apple has increased their diversity of supported products with iPhone 5, 5c, 5 this, 6 plus that 'S'. Same with iPad air, iPad mini air, iPad mini air 3 pro, yadda, yadda. All with features ripped from Google and/or Microsoft.

FYI Microsoft is has turned into the worst too, they'd be the last company I'd want to copy. You cant always win but they've been falling on their own dagger. This is the first time in which they've announced a new flagstaff product and their stock takes a hit soon after.

Bill Gates began writing software on Mac before he even stole from Apple and created Windows. Office had always been on macs, and the OS X versions had always been more advanced than windows versions.

Also, office 365 has been pretty accessible to all iOS/OS X users even before the iPad Pro. All they did was tune office to work with the Apple Pencil.

I dont know why you think iWork is not used in enterprise environments. It's a productivity suite after all. Compare the reaction when iwork was released for iOS with when office was released for the same platform.
