Now that they've re-opened the states that were closed, can one who has chosen against his/her wish go back and choose the desired states? Or better still re-arrange the choices already made.... Am sorry if I sound stupid.... But am desperate honestly.... Someone should please reply

That is true. But sometimes even they make mistakes, and really you can manipulate that thing.

One of my friends is over aged and by the time he finished his registration, they told him that they were processing the exemption letter, but today he has a call up number. Naija is great.

Nothing is impossible in Nigeria. Mark my words.
