@OP I need your help. I was offered an all expense paid trip to China (excluding rreturn airfare) by Chinese Academy of Science for a one week training course. I just came from the embassy, my appointment is next week. I was asked to bring my pay slip, my Monthly pay is 110k/month. I was asked to bring my statement of account when coming. The total money in my account is about #200k. What are my chances? My inviter (Chinese Academy of Science) aalready paid and booked for my airfare ticket to Beijing and my Hotel reservation. PPlease help me with info.
How's Chinese embassy and cash lodgement issues?

Go there with your legitimate bank statement as it is: do not make any lodgement, you would be refused without question.

Can any body advice me, I want to sue the embassy of Ireland in Abuja and the immigration in Ireland Dublin Airport for rufusing me to enter Ireland as a tourist why I have a vilid visa and I was having enough money on me and all my documents on me was original including hotel booking. Their reason was that I may not return back if they allow me in. I need your advice now how it will help me.

Hi Vicjustice, i've got 2 back to back refusals from German embassy and 1 from Austria.Purpose of travel is for work training and reason for refusal for all is that they are not sure i would return. Documents submitted were all complete and my reasons very genuine. as a matter of fact, the refusals are already affecting my appraisal as i have not been able to go for trainings required of me this year. Is it advisable that i apply to another country for the Schengen visa? Please advise.

You now have three refusals on the Shengen database.
Applying to another country will not help you until you improve your strong ties to return home.
You must work on this before applying again, unless you like wasting money.

What proof of hometies are required apart from funds (statement of account), employement letter, pay slips, marriage certificate, wedding pics, child birth certificate & school fees? Please kindly educate.

Those are the things required but they were still not convinced.
Sometimes it just does not work out.
Perhaps best to wait a while, then apply again.

Looking at the company documents again, i am thinking if i should request for my head office company documents (head office is outside Africa). The account statement for the Nigerian office is often times less than 10M (as the monies are mostly floats for office running) while the head office can boast of millions of dollars. Kindly please advise as i am looking at what could have caused the repeated refusals. NB, my head office is a well known company in Europe but began operations in Nigeria less than 5yrs ago.

Hello house please I need help, I applied for france schengen visa 2/12/2015 I got refusal 7/12/2015, I summited all the required documents, with account balance of 1.6millon and dorm account of 5600$, I applied for a tourist visa for 5 days, january 3 to 8 2016, to my surprise I got refusal letter with the sole reason "THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED REGARDING THE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE PURPOSE AND CONDITION OF THE INTENDED STAY WAS NOT RELIABLE" I am confused as I got all documents not fake document everything was authentic, the question is what should I do, should I appeal or wait till next year and reapply, I was told appeal takes times and my plan trip is january, meaning before my appeal comes out the planned date of traveling would have pass, I need the guru In the house to inform me on what next to do, and if I plan to appeal should I summit my appeal directly at their embassy in Abuja or I have to do it through Dhl to the lead address on the refusal letter, @vicjustice and others you help will be highly appreciated, thanks and God bless you all

The main issue here is that , all her document, statement of acct,I d card, passport ,etc are in her maiden name while the son's name his the husband's. Pls , will this affect the application?

It means you did not supply good enough proof to convince the French authorities that the purpose of your trip was actually as you described it. Why they did not believe you, it is impossible to say.

If you re-apply with the same information, one can imagine that the application will be refused again. You should have been told about the appeal procedure, but of course there is no guarantee that an appeal would succeed. Boss no at no point did I mention business, never!!! It was all about tourism, and I submitted all they wanted with bank account of 1.6 showing my salary and 5500$ dorm account showing my dorm savings, plan itinerary and everything u can think of, am so shocked and surprise


Did you mention at any point in your application that you will be doing anything business related, because if you did then this could well cause you a problem for a tourist visa, plus France are tightening up their Immigration now especially with Schengen Visas

Good pm house....pls I was just denied a visiting visa to see my girlfriend of 3 years in her country...we met online and things has been going on smoothly..... Reason for denial is that they cannot guarantee I will be coming back before the visa expires.... And also that visiting her is not the sole reason for my traveling to that country,.........now i 'm confused .....pls what is the best way to go about this.....we wanna be together as soon as possible......pls for those that has once been in my shoe, how did u go about it.....thanks
