In as much as I am against separation, the question is are their agitations merited. What does the constitution say about a region trying to break away.

A referendum was held in catalunya ,wanting to break away from spain and it was an overwhelming yes.

Let us get it right, if their cause is legitimate,I believe there should be a process.
