I do not think that you have a real job.
A genuine company would be processing the visa application for you in Obamaland.

I just want to be sure not to make mistakes. The company sent me a recommendation letter, and ask me to forward it(including my front passport page) to uscis office for my visa processing. Am i supposed to pay for the visa fees or my new employer?

If it is employment based visa, your employer should be doing all that not you

Pls house..I have an invitation to attend a church conference in US where I will be one of the volunteers in the area of media coverage/computer editing.The church is catering for the traveling expenses including housing and ticket all written in the letter.Am working with a govt agency,I operate a salary acct which I don't usually use except my salary that entered it every month and that is the acct statement I want to use for my application. What is the implication cos am thinking of lodging the acct with money before my interview in 2 months time or do I leave it like that ? Thanks

If you boost the account then you WILL be refused.
Does the account have funds building up?
Or does everything go in and straight back out ?

Look to your strong ties to prove that you will return home. A letter from your employer granting you leave will help.

Look to your strong ties to prove that you will return home. A letter from your employer granting you leave will help.

The acct does not have much fund cos am doing a group contribution where 25% of my salary is removed every month.
I will get a recommendation letter from my office then my leave has been schedule to the time of the conference.

Hi Vic... I plan to apply for a tourist visa to the Uk this month... I work with a secondary school here in Nigeria and they do not pay my salary into my account but we're always given payslips. In October, they started paying my salary into my account. In addition to working in a school, I'm also a photographer(this i started fully in october). Heavy sums of money have been paid into my personal account by most of my customers. Between October 2015 and January this year, my account statement for both debit and credit transactions is over a million naira with a balance of 250k.but my cousin who is a British citizen is going to be a co-sponsor and will also send me a letter of invitation. I'll be paying for part of the trip too. Do i need to submit copies of my jobs (pictures)?
I will be submitting the following docs:

Bank statement for the past 4 months
Payslip for 6 months
Letter of introduction
Annual leave letter
Passport
ID card
And necessary documents from my cousin who resides there.

Will my application be approved with all these?

I was denied visa at german embassy and during my appeal I was asked to submit some documents, but I dont have one of the doc, which is my pay slip. Can my employer write to d embassy telling them they do not give pay slips. what do u suggest?
You can do without Pay-Slip if your Bank account statement shows evidence of earnings.
But if it is cash-in-hand method of payment, then you are automatically disqualified from visa approval.

Please can i use a fixed deposit investment letter to apply for a CA study permit.
Current and savings account statement would also be added...but the closing balance is not up to the required amount, though the fixed deposit has enough.

This is how it works; An acceptable bank statement must have up to six months transaction records demonstrating your income (from verifiable sources) and expenditures, and it must have good enough fund to sustain your trip and intentions, and also; it must have enough balance to keep you going after the trip

A friend of mine was denied visa when applying immigrant visa to US due to her spouse misrepresentation which she was given alien smuggling. Will it affect her now that she wants to apply for canadian or australian visa with her current spouse as she divorced her former spouse some years.

The IMPORTANT things are in red

You were rejected because you did not show strong ties to return after your visit.
Being single is just one lack of the strong ties.
Position in company manager everyone calls themselves manager or CEO even if there are only two people in the
business! Did you supply any proof?
Business importation did you suppl documents, tax certificates, or anything.
You could be selling from stall in the market for all they know.
Earnings, were they backed up on statement and tax returns?

Work on your strong proof that you will return home.

Hey man just out of curiousity most Nigerian business ain't registered and what happens if you run a business and is not registered does it mean the person can't go for a visa..Note am just curious.

Not necessarily because you are unmarried, there are other factors that are taken into consideration: for example, your your age falls into high immigration risk category yet, your salary may not be that impressive, or the VO does not trust your intention, or you have not been in your current job long enough to convince the VO that your employment is permanent

There is a very high chance that she has been banned from entering the US for life. Although, the ban does not apply to Canada, but surely it affects her chance to get a visa for Canada, but she may be fine if she has compelling evidence to show that her circumstances has changed for better.

Pls I also have a serious problem, I applied and was refused based o t the fact that my stated income didn't tally withme personal income tax statement. Which was a mistake by my lawyer. And also my business bank statement submitted had no proof of signatory.. I had to go to Rirs made a complain, paid up and got a fresh tax papers.also swore an affidavit backing it up. Also went to my bank and got a reference letter stating am the sole signatory to the acc.then applied again and got refused again..here's the second refusal letter. My questions are... How do I prove my cousin is related to me? What do they mean by prorpre documentations,how do I explain the huge deposites in my acc? Do I need the acc statement it came from or a company letter headed letter explaining the transactions,,,do I need a lawyer in y next application, .. Pls read true the letter and advice me on how to tackle and clear this problem am in,, and also the necessary documents to use in my next application... NB.. Pls I applied as self imployed.. I submited my CaC papers, personal tax receipt (which had a mistake on it) business bank statement.. Utility bill of my sis abroad.,pictures of my boutique, past recitpts and purchases of previous trips made..mostly dubai(Once) and India(3times)..I am worried and I intend to apply this summer for holiday.

Thank you for your post Vicjustice. Please there is something I need you to verify for me. I applied previouslypreviously for a Canada study visa and I submitted my CV, Employment Letter and my statement of account with almost about a zero balance, not minding my personal account statement since my dad is the sponso and he has the required sum for visa processing, but I was refused. Now I am applying again. Do I have to include my statement of account showing a sum of over N1,000,000 when I earn a salary of just N60,000?

Hello Vic justice i recently joined nairaland based on the fact that i googled how to go about processing a rejected visa. I and my colleague applied for a business/training visa to spain we had all the necessary documents required but were denied based on this statement ''You have not provided proof of sufficient means of subsistence, both for the duration of the intended stay and for the return to your country of origin or residence, or for the transit to a third country into which you are certain to be admitted, or are not in a position to acquire such means lawfully;''
I have decided to reapply by asking for a company loan and letter of sponsorship from my organization as i am a senior staff and can be easily granted.
My colleague can't because he is a junior staff, regardless, he actually had sufficient amount in his account because his father is late and he is a trustfund baby.
My question is this should he appeal saying that maybe some documents were overlooked as to the source of his income such as the will his father left him?
Do i need to reapply or appeal now that i have a sponsor the program is set for april 3rd and time is not really on our side has we have bought the ticket and paid over a million naira for the training. I had about 700k in my account and thought it will be sufficient for 3 months since my accomodation would only cost about 330k for the duration based on my booking

The major concern of visa officers is the likelihood of a visitor overstaying his visa and working illegally. But a person who earns N200.000 monthly, poses a very low risk of breaching his visa conditions.
If there are no other factors that stand against the application, I think you'd be fine.

You can apply after the 10 years has elapsed. It will help if you're certain (before making the application) that you fulfill all requirements and that your circumstances are convincing to the Visa Officer otherwise, you would be seen as a desperate applicant who can not be trusted to abide by the terms of the visa.
