The problem is the 6weeks visa ll expire 2wks b4 his schedule exam date which is march 29th, he was supposed to receive a 6weeks tutorial b4 the exam. Please what can be done to rectify this, he paid fees for tutorial and exam already and he included the prove of payments in his visa application @justwise, @vicjustice @vcole and all the gurus please I need an urgent response. Presented my CaC papers,, family pictures, utility bills of my sis abroad, previous travel recitpts,shop pictures,personal income tax,sponsor bio data,corporate acc statement. but got refused based on the fact that there very discrepancies on my tax papers not corresponding with the monthly income I stated, which was a mistake made by my lawyer which I had to go to Rirs complained and payed up the stipulated tax for the income I claimed, also swore an affidavit backing it up and used it in the next application.. Also they said how do they know am the owner of the company account am using..so I went to the bank got a reference form stating am the sole signatory to the account.which I also used in the next application.after making the corrections I applied two weeks later that's in Dec and got rejected again..this is the second refusal later. Pls what do you advice I do..what are the necessary requirement and paperwork I need to provide in my next application.. How can iexplain the reason for the huge some of money, do I need to back it up with police reports, bank statement of where it came from or company letter with the company letterhead stating why the transaction occurred in my acc?? Also how do I prove my cousin is my relative? It would have been easier to prove that if the person is biologically related.. Pls I need clarity on what to do Exactly inordered to have a smooth application.

I suppose the visa is valid for 6 months but with 6 weeks the duration of stay.
Check the visa very well and verify what it says...

Under normal circumstances, you can not get a tourist visa if you are less than one year in an employment for these two reasons:
(1) The employment is not yet sustained because in labour law, you have to be at least 1 year in a job in order to be fully protected against abrupt termination of employment.
(2) The visa officer needs (at least) a year's tax clearance in order to evaluate the job's worth.

I agree, as I have received visas whilst being barely 3 months at a new job. On the other hand, Vicjustice may be implying you have better chances if you've held your job for 1 year or more - sense of stability, and of course, the presentation of your income tax cert (if you can't give a good reason why you haven't one).

Thanks alot that's helpful.. I'll do as u say..one more clarity, do I need the company profile like acc statement explaining the money transfer(I dont think they can release that to to) , because it was transfered back to the companys acc,my acc was used for this transaction becaise at that time the money needed to be transferred from a corporate acc..and his acc was a savings account.. Bank policy.. So I was the only one he could trust to send his money tru my acc.

Secondly I'm to pay my income tax for this year along side get my company tax certificate,dor 2015. and the amount I am paying is less than I stated in my first application.. 80000 to be precise. Honestly it's what it is for year 2015 tax because of the nature of my business. ,now do I need to keep up with the act of earning 150000 for the sake of this visa inordered for it to tally with the old application, even though it's a totally fresh applications... Pls I indulge ur reply and suggestions once more.. Thank u all for the help.

My question.... should I print the ones that has expired(water marked) written on it or I should just include d tax cards? Or I should just ignore d 2 options since its indicated on my monthly pay slip(tax deducted)

He or she has to enter UK anyway between 2nd Feb to 15th of March. I think length of stay might be determined at point of entry.

To clear all doubts, u can email UKBVA before traveling.

oooh k. There has not been any communication from Teleperformance VI since I submitted. Nevertheless I received two updates from sheffield including the decision made email yesterday...

Then if you aren't too far from the VAC and no update comes from Teleperformance by noon tomorrow, you might want to consider going to check. They're often having issues with updating statuses on their webpage. Just give it a try should they not have responded by then.
