It is not his merits (requirements). Is now based on the circumstance (visa issued based on a nephew invitation). I gave an example of a teenage cousin who never met requirements but visa issue. It is some times case specific.

These questions are actually not what anyone has answers to, you can not ask someone to chose (between Spain and France) for you.
Both countries are Schengen members, and the one that you should chose is the one that will be your chief destination.

Well, for clarity, you do not need a flight reservation before applying for a visa tourist visa.

What i did was to like book the return flight with Turkish airline and chose the option to pay later but was given 72 hrs to pay. And be that it may take the embassy like a week to make a decision, if I use this itinerary, I hope the embassy won't confirm from the airline before issuing the visa.

I explained in the post that Itinerary doesn't necessarily mean flight ticket, and that, it means travel plans which are, the preparations that you have put in place: such could be site seeing or tour guide arrangements, or onward flight tickets if applying for a transit or stopover visa

I got an invitation to my brothers convocation ceremony on May 6, but am very scared i wont make the date because of the interview appointment date so i am getting scared to pay the visa fees because it's non refundable,please i'd like to know if it's possible to get interview appointment date this month and if there is something special i can do to get it this month

Please i need your urgent advice on this.

My brother have been to South Africa twice. He was so happy that his boss at work finally approved his annual leave recently for next August 2016, so he just renewed his South African Visa to another 3 months. He intends to visit Ireland before travelling to South Africa. so today, he just submitted his online Irish Visa application and he stated in his application that he will spend two weeks in Ireland and he will fly from Ireland to South Africa where he intend to spend 4 days, and then return to Nigeria.

But he just realised now that his South Africa visa will not be valid within the dates he claim he will be spending in South Africa.

For instance, he intend to travel from Nigeria to Dublin Ireland on 1 August 2016 and leave Ireland on 15 August 2016 to South Africa. He claims he will leave South Africa on 20th August 2016.

But he just realised now that his South African visa will expire on 8th August 2016. He is really worried that the Irish embassy will refuse his application base on the fact that his South African visa will not be valid for his trip from Ireland to South Africa.

This is what he just did today: He sent email to the Irish embassy in abuja telling them about the mistake. He has cancelled his flight reservation from Ireland to South Africa, he has booked a new flight that confirmed Lagos-Dublin-Lagos, so no trip to South Africa again.

I'm not sure that there is much he can do now since the application has been submitted. Hopefully the embassy will not notice the SA visa expiration date

Thanks Vicjustice, justwise, cozybunch, you guys really have done justice to issues, frankly will a loan disbursement by my bank amount to money lodgement, as i have some projects and contributions that take a chunk of my salary. My salary is #250k
I'm also into a monthly esusu which comes to #900k per contributor, can i attach that as well, but it will be paid by the different contributors once it is my turn
my contribution leaves my account monthly and its multiple on my turn

I really intend running my masters program in geology and right now I'm thinking of a cheap country to do it and from what I saw I some quotes above I think Poland will be fine
Please boss I beg of u can u give me a guide line on how to apply for a polish visa and is it possible for me to school and work over there how much will it cost me applying for a visa from Nigeria and finally I'm also an aspiring football player is it possible for me to school and pursue my career as a football player over there in Poland

Beside that, recent refusal letters that i have seen from embassy stated ''No clear link to reference has been shown - e.g. birth certificate of contact/host as proof of family relationship'' . Another refusal reason clearly stated ''R:- No clear link to reference has been shown - no birth certs linking sponsors and applicant''. Thus the birth cert is included.

As per the savings account, infarct i said the same thing that salary account is better, he insisted on savings account because there is no money there and that because embassy said If you are sending a bank statement from a deposit/savings account, you must also include a letter from your bank confirming that you are allowed to withdraw money from that account. Do you think its too late now to send in the salary account or wait?

I can understand the need to include birth certificate but including children birth certificate and training letter makes no sense.

When you send savings account you don't need letter from the bank to say that you allowed to withdraw.

Your salary is not bad, but explaing all these undocumented contributions and loan disbursement is not what a visa officer wants to hear.
Do not complicate things: with your genuine salary of N250k per month, just build up a reasonable sum that doesn't need explanation and apply for the visa in due time.

Poland may be cheaper regarding house rent and (some) utility bills, but i tell you, shopping is not at all cheap: even food and clothes shopping are not cheap, in many cases, they are even more expensive than in western Europe. And to make things more negative, you can't really find a normal job in Poland, and even if you manage to find one, the wages are discouraging.
Unless you have financial means (from elsewhere) to maintain yourself otherwise, i wouldn't encourage you to go to Poland if you are hoping to sustain yourself by working while being a student.
