Enough of this! I have read ur story from the begining. No one is forcing his or her advice on u. When you know you have the Holy Spirit and you are that confident in him, why did u post ur problems here in the first place. As rightly said by someone here, I just pray your over confidence won't be your undoing in your ministry. Even those that have started their ministries already still have mentors, even in the bible there are enough examples.

At night wen I would sleep den, I will hear a voice giving me instructions. It was usually a familiar voice mainly my dads voice or even my own voice. At first I didn't understand wat was going on but I wasn't scared of the voice cos d instructions i would usually get was to flip my bible to a particular portion of scripture and I will read it and get answer to a pressing question. I knew it was the voice of God but I couldn't share the experience with others because I wasn't aving a portion of scripture to back it up. Years later i read a book by Joyce Meyer on how to hear the voice of God. In d book she spoke about d way God's voice sound to people audibly. She sited d case of Samuel and Eli in d Bible and said God was actually speaking with Eli voice and dat was why Samuel could go three times to Eli afterall it wasn't only the two of them dat were living together at dat time.
D fact dat you are worried about the voice you heard shows dat it is important. I'll advice you pray to God to know d reason He called. If it was a voice ot an evil spirit you heard, it will av almost turn ur head up side down by now.

sweetheart point of correction....we DONT worship the same God. I too dont judge people by their religion too. but the truth is NO BODY EVER BOASTED OR SAID he could save...except Jesus christ. I stumbled across this thread few days ago n since then I ve been glued.
Im a born again Christian...a work in progress

as a growing child I noticed I had d spirit of discernment. I didnt knw wat it meant buh I knw pple on jus comin in contact wit dem.
also I noticed I get messages buh to relay it to d person...I ask rhetorically n within hours d events happen straight on (my mum told me dis)

wen I was less btw 8 n 11yrs I hand an encounter. I was having siesta wit my mum n sister.
I had a dream. In dat dream der was a ladder frm d clouds to d ground angels climbing n descending n climbing bak. I was at d feet of f ladder strugglin to climb up. Buh my feet was too heavy to b lifted to climb...and I woke

as a child I loved d tinz of God. As puberty set it I used to av some funny sensations especially wen im alone n I thot was because of puberty. Buh it was very uncomfy so wen I comes I prayed or sang n it gies away. Wit tym it stopped

to secondary school I continued in d tinz of God n I had d burden of intercession at dat tym. I always woke to pray. I do feel as if I was watched but I didnt knw anytin about forces so I do my prayers n sing. Wit tym I began to notice d sinful actions of d fellowship leaders. Having girlfriends wen dey preached against such.
dis made me stop goin to church n fellowship.
Buh I never doubted dat der is God. After some yrs I prayed for forgiveness. I learnt dat running away wont correct d ills of d brethren

in d university I gradually drifted away n became lukewarm. And those sinful sensations came bak. At dis point I thot dem harmless n indulge. Buh I discovered it drains me n leaves me confused n witout substance.
I began to pray about it. It leaves n comes back. I never gave up

Now I noticed God reveals tinz to me in my dreams. Not straight forward dreams. I didnt knw who to go for interpretation It became a prayer point. After d dream I pray for interpretations buh because I trusted God he averts d evil n d whole events displays as d interpretation.

For instance, in uni we were 4 friends. As months rolled by 1 of us became a gist monger. Cookin up imaginary gist abt any1 she deepleadinghe was carryin my name abt but I didnt knw. I just noticed pple were distancing dem sef frm me. I didn't mind cos I was tired of d crowd.

Den I had a dream. A regular afternoon in d hostel. Pple fetchin water, I was washing. Next tin d shadow of the sun started moving. As it moved it burnt anytin in its way. Grasses pappers burnt. Pple ran into d corridor as I was abt to run in some1 slammed d door. I was stuck outside I was screamin my friends names buh none came to open up. For a little shadow of d zinc d sun wld av scorched me. I was prayin to God n he saved me

2wks I prayed for interpretation. 3days b4 2wks elapsed a girl I knw frm home who heard all d gossip trending about me became vexed. She has been observing me frm far n found all to b lies. She gathered d oda pple listening to dat my best friend n dey disgraced her throughly. D whole hostel gathered. I didnt knw wat to say or do. I jus walked away silently to my sisters room n we sang praises.

Even during exams I pray hard n study. One dsy in my dream I heard topic to read n areas to concentrate. I woke I wrote it down. Vos it happened in anoda exam but I fidnt take it seriously jus to enter exam hall n saw 3 pages of d topics I heard in my dream
