try cloves. Chew around the area. You can also soak the cloves in water and be rinsing your mouth with it. Google for more info.

maybe u didn't use it well, maybe u should be watchful of what you are eating then

Please try to see a dentist for a lasting solution. any powder/drug will only provide temporary relief, if at all and will only mask the problem until it becomes suddenly very severe. when you go to the dentist, they may not pull the tooth.
