this is good but about the farm land don't lease land to plant plantain because of future the owners of the farm land may come back and say the need their farm land or any of their children will just appear and said he needs the farm land of his father and then ur plantain will have been established even fruiting so take your time to aquire a farm that is yours then you can start work even if you have a long time legal back up agreement by leasing de farm land things will change later the will want to collect their land and if you don't agree the may choose to go diabolical or be stealing ur farm produce as at the time due just take ur time to get ur own farm land God help and provide for you.
