You had better use another SIM if you have subscription in the other one. What happens is if you have subscription and still subscribe the night stuff, it will work but most times you won't use up to 500mb (like 300mb) and it starts eating from your main data. I'm talking from experience . It happened to me 3 consecutive nights b4 I dedicated my other SIM to it fully.

1st migrate to mtn pulse,

Then send 'Night' to 131, cost 25ngn for 500mb.
You can then browse from 12 to 3am.

I've forgetten d code for migrating to pulse.

To stop illegal deduction of ur balance after exhuasting the data bundle, send. 'Suspend' to 131, it'll halt all PAYGO charges

You get 500mb for #25 then you decide to download a full length HD movie, then it stops working and you start complaining that it zaps or it finishes before time..
I have been using this particular plan EVERYDAY for the past 1 week and I have had no cause to complain...

Thank you. It's not unlimited. You get 500mb for #25 and you still think it should last for the stipulated time while you browse and download heavily.... Haha!

There's no such thing as "zap", at least not in MTN.

For those having issues with subscribing for the mtn night plan you can try this

If you try moving to mtn pulse and it fails with *406*1# then use *123# and use the tarrif migration option select pulse migration.

You might get an error message. Ignore it repeat the same with *123# chose account information then choose account balance if you see "your pulse account is xyz" then you're in.

Note once you're in pulse you can also buy 1GB@N500 too. Just follow *123#, tarrif migration, chose pulse migration then chose the third which is buy 1GB@N500 too.

Once you move to pulse successfully just wait for 12 am and Text Night to 131 some of us are already using 4 sims downloading in one night since the data cap for the N25 is not so much i think 300mb or so not sure
