If Aisha has any grouse over this issue, she can take it up with the US district court that gave the verdict in the first place.

I've been searching through some court and governmental database with the help of a few friends here in the U.S and I can't find any case or warrant against Aisha Buhari, perhaps Fayose has his very own private database
