I am sure your account must have been funded by now. Normally for transactions that comes without reference number, a link i sent to customer to fill the deposit details. I f you are in contact with support, the same link would be sent to you.

You made this withdrawal on Sunday but not Saturday. Withdrawals are processed the same day on working days and may take 24hrs on weekends. As I see, this withdrawal was completed on Monday. This is less than 1 working day!

What do you mean by sending funds fraudulently ? Did PayPal informed you that the fund you received was not from a legitimate source ? The money left our account to yours and so we have no control over your account. Before you issue a refund, you are supposed to get in touch with us but you made a refund to our card which we cannot access immediately. PayPal issued a refund to our card which would take 1 working week to get to our bank.

Not only this, we have made you realized that you took a wrong decision by making a refund without informing us. Bank charged our card for this transaction at the parallel market rate of N340 but they are going to deposit the refund at the inter-bank rate of N199 or N285 as the case may be.

Conclusively, For the fact that you have no immediate access to use the fund we sent you via PayPal is not our fault but we would have helped if you report the issue to us by informing PayPal that we have received a product from you. Generally, PayPal customers from high risk countries usually have their funds frozen until after 21 days before releasing to customers while some cannot receive funds at all (e.g. Nigeria).

Unfortunately, we are not able to detect the country where your PayPal account is domiciled. All these we have explained to you and we promised to forfeit 100% of our profit on this transaction and make a refund of the balance receipt from PayPal plus our profit to you.

Nigeria PayPal customers cannot send payment as family and friends. So we have to inform them to release fund to any customer in high risk countries if they report this to us.
