No

With my experience TIER 4 is point based, so make sure the required funds has matured before applying. For instance you can do yours first and hers later, do not forget to include your CAS statement and visa in her application and prove of marriage. Goodluck

Hi fakmurphy and the team! I am hoping to submit application for UK tier 4 visa with my wife as a dependant partner. My school resumes on September 21. The challenge is that I want to apply for a study leave in my place of work which I should do at least one month in advance. And my wife's proof of funds won't mature until Aug 29 (28days counting). Could there be any issue if I apply for my visa now and my wife applies in a month's time? We intend to travel together by Sep 16th.

Justwise, sorry to disturb you again o. I have these questions.
1. I have submitted my online application for tier 4 visa but how do I sign the declaration? Can I just write my name?
2. I plan to book my appointment/submission of forms against Thursday, is it a must to put on suit to the place. Can I just dress in native attire if I don't hace a suit. Cos I do not have a suit.
3. And please, how long could it take for my tier 4 visa to be granted.
Thanks.

She was working she had the visa, the time she travelling they put them of standby(Redundancy) becos of drop in oil price. She is presently out of work

She will find it difficult to renew that visa when it expires. Staying 3months in the UK while she indicated only 3 weeks during her application is a mistake. What is she doing in the UK paying for hotel accommodation and feeding for 3months is what she needs to explain when stopped and asked or during renewer

Good afternoon Justwise, Askari, Vicjustice and everyone... Please I want to ask if it's a must for Ukvi to send an email to an applicant when they have made a decision before TLS informs the applicant?

You will receive and email but i don't know who sent first and i don't think it matters.

Renewing a visiting visa is the same process as first time application there is no difference. So just follow the same process as you did during your first application.

Hello @askari01 @justwise and other gurus,

Please I would like to know if a bank statement has to show 6 months salary payment or it should only be 6 months transaction history?

Reason is because the small company I'm working once paid my salary via cash deposit and right after that it had been paid via company bank transfer and I don't want the cash deposit to reflect when I'm printing out my bank statement when it's time to apply for a UK visa

Please advise and God bless you all

Except your bank statement shows large, inconsistent deposits from an unclear source, then you should be worried.

Submit your six months bank statement showing salary credits from your company. If your bank statement does not show salary credits, the ECO may doubt your claimed income.

For the cash deposit, you have a chance to explain in details with paper evidence to the ECO.

Thanks @FrontPageLawyer for your swift response, there are no inconsistent deposits, but i sure receive funds from other clear sources into my account and which i have evidence for it.

Also i'm sure my company will explain the cash deposit properly to the ECO when it's time for me to apply.
I will be keeping in touch if i have more questions

Thanks and more power to your elbow.

I'm new here and will need some help please

@Justwise and other gurus here please help

So I'm trying to apply to the UK for a visit visa.

My net salary is 300gbp... I spend about 250gbp monthly. However, I save 75gbp which is deducted from after my basic. that is to say i have to earn 375 but the 75 goes straight into my savings account. I have been doing this over a year now and the balance currently stands at 560+gbp. I have dome some withdrawals lately.

i have a side business where I dont really pay myself but I make it a duty to at least save between 300-500usd every month into a dollar account. the current balance is 2300usd. the dollar account is in the name of the company but i'm the sole signitory to both accounts.

the balance in my current salary account is 1551gbp. and the balance in my company account aside the savings which is USD is 3970gbp. I have been running this business for close to 3 years now...

what are my chances of success. I have been refused three times already. I'm a Ghanaian applicant... all figures in gbp have been converted from ghana cedi. the dollars are in the right figures.

TRAVEL HISTORY.
I started going to the UK since I was 10. had both degrees in the UK.

How then do I go about filling the expenditure and total monthly income side of the application form?
Any other advice is also welcome

Please help

As per the money you recieve from ur late grandma's property, there is a question in the form that asks about savings from properties and rent, fill how much it comes to on a monthly basis and then explain in the additional information that u recieve money from your late grandma's property. Also put photocopies of the property documents and your grandma's death certificate as well as pictures you have with her. It worked for me. A letter from the lawyer would also suffice.
About the business registration, i believe even if you register it now, it will still be too young to use for ur visa application. So,u can register it now, but not for the purpose of this application.

Request for your statement from 01 July to first week December, 5months+ would still fly... but not encourging you or anyone.
