Scam! The next day every strategic junction has SETRACO emblem on it as if the road has been completed, more then 3 months after not even a shovel has been seen on the road, the caterpillars disappeared the next day and has not been seen till date,nothing shows the road was awarded.

Men, I was in that Orlu last week for a wedding cer. Orlu is like in dilapidation. No roads. Unimaginable why Okorocha finished out the place.

But why are the Igbos so mean to themselves, why cant they cooperate and help themselves.

The individualistic way of thinking is the major reason why all the southeastern roads are in such poor state, because their representatives in govt only care about themselves and families.
