Obaseki said local govts in Edo state are autonomous, that state govt does not have any control on them and their finances but Ize-Iyamu just disgraced him with facts and figures on how the state govt of Edo state is blocking local govt finances and making them unable to pay their workers for u to 18months. Obaseki is getting scared.
