I guess my charging port is faulty. my phone can no longer charge except through desktop charger. Any charger connected to the port will make the battery to run down quickly and it would not even on again until I use desktop and it will not charge beyond 30℅.

Clear playstore app cache and data, clear Google play services cache and data, clear Google account manager services and data, clear Google services framework account and data, go to account and remove your Google account now sign in and check if you can download. if this doesn't work try updating your phone. The last update on April 21st corrected the issue.
I've not downloaded on playstore recently sha.

I was at there office last Saturday, they tested it with another charge and another battery, still the same. They tested the charging port and it was OK.
They said I should drop it and come back after 7 days but I needed to get an alternative phone and back up first. I'm taking it there later today
