Hello Pharm @Zeezahbee, I took P-Alaxin and now I'm experiencing partial hear loss on one ear. It occurred initially and cleared by itself, now its back again. Sound is not clear on this particular ear and its like my ear canal opens and close as it likes. Makes my hearing unbalanced. What should i do, I've been taking the drug in the past?

My sis is a"hard gainer". She rarely add weight no matter her diet. Now she is about to get married, and is worried about looking too skiny in her gown. Please what pills or tablet do you recommend she use to add weight as soon as possible.

pls help have been having dis frequent urination for quite some time now its really disturbing me emotionally..it comes out quite much but not that much its like my bladder iss not totally empty cos i still get this feeling of the bladder already full again when i pressed upon my pelvic region...i really need help for itt too stop ve been to the doc e did sm test hvs,urinalysis and urine culture d result said moderate growth of staph annd candida albican ve beenn given drugs and injections yet no changes..i was given rocephine for five days and ciprotab,vit c,doxycycline yet no changes pls help its really fustrating,ve also donne blood sugar test dey said its normal

For a ling time now say 2012/2013 ,have been hugely troubled by cartarrh and it really.messes.me.up alot at wrong places.It is so deteriorating i use upto 6 big hanky per day soaked with thick mucous(yellow at times ) and finish toilet rolls.i stay clear of cold things and dust but whenever my nose gets caught by it,it is hell(it so crazy some cartarrh go on for weeks with serioua headaxhes and thickened.mucous blocking my nostrils.)

NB:i have an history of bronchitis and asthma though the bronchitis has been cured,the asthma is very much contained.Thanks as i await your advice on what to do

Hello, thanks for sharing with me but am nt a doctor ,am a pharmacist ... Looking at ur complains,u have taken several pain killer but u seem nt to be having relieve ,I am tempted to say or I wud call this issue ankylosing spondylitis. Now because I can't conclude on this I wud advice u to do an xray ...... Before u prepare on an xray u can take naproxen ,pregabalin and methylcobalamin ,then u can add a high strength vit c 1000mg . buy it from a retail pharmacy next to u and ask for direction on how to administer the drug ( dosage ).

Thanks for sharing with me !! I presume u have nt added an antibiotics to the treatment anytime .... Wen ever u have such disturbing times. Take an antibiotics with a multivitamin .. They wud help u recover fast

Thanks for sharing with me , I think the issue is an overactive bladder ... Though the microscopic test that was done is nt out of place ..which u might have to repeat if it is long u did the test ...
Normally I don't call brand names - get antibiotics. Preferable ,ofloxacim ,or levofloxacin tab . get oxybutin tab , and a high strength vit c of 1000mf ... Get the drugs from a retail pharmacy outlet and the pharmacist on duty shud explain the dosage for u and see to it that u adhere and comply with the treatment regimen

There is a lot of milkshakes that wud blow her up no matter how hard she is in gaining ... Get a cyproheptadine containing multivitamin .. U can add dexamethasone , though the dangers of adding dexamethasone is that wen she stops taking the drugs ,she wud dry up again oo

If u have taken all this remedy , and yet no relieve ,den I wud advice u to go for more test ... It cud be more than an overactive bladder . cud be a kidney issue .

Hello pharm when I flex my ear muscles, I usually hear noise in the left ear. Also when exposed to loud noises I feel some tightness and pain. What do I take to stop this. N.B I was a heavy earphones user. Thanks

You can take antihistamine to help u with the balancing ...but if u leave it , it wud return to normal
