Yesterday at the Senate's plenary, Senator Binta Masi Garba representing Adamawa North, told her colleagues that her primary constituency is in the kitchen and the other room. "My primary constituency is to be in the Kitchen before even being in the senate, as a woman and I am proud to be in the Kitchen and even in the other room"she said.
