The Unfair Treatment of Truexgoldcom by Maitommi: 3:43pm On Dec 28, 2016
Hello everyone. I want to bring to your notice the unfair treatment and unprofessional behavior the above exchanger has melted to me within the past few days. On 24th of December, I was looking to cash some of my bitcoins for cash to spend during this festive period. I then logged on to nairaex.com which has always been my fav exchanger, I got a message that all trades were suspended till 27th of Dec. Knowing fully well I needed the money from the next day, I came on here to search for another exchanger and that was when I found TRUEXGOLD ad. I went to their website and called their phone number 09096196821. I inquired if they would credit my account same day for a bitcoin sell order and they said yes. Then I went back to website, created the order which was 0.88 worth of bitcoin for N360,000. I then called their number again and was told to go on to transfer bitcoins as I would receive funds to my Zenith account. I waited for a couple hours after the transfer which was before midday and when I didnt receive any credit transaction, I started calling the number which was already switched off my then. I felt really hard done by thinking why would these people conduct themselves in such manner when they knew they were not going to fulfill same day funding. Immediately, all plans for christmas days yuletide began to crush at my feet. All forms of contact with truexgold was unsuccesful. When I sent whatsapp messages, they would deliver but he wont reply. I came on his thread here and complained. He only got to reply yesterday evening and said all pending transactions were going to be completed yesterday evening. I waited and still didnt get any money in my account. Today 28th, i logged back on the website too see my transaction had been cancelled. I went back to my bitcoin wallet, no refund. My zenith account, no credit transaction. I wrote on his thread here and eventually managed to catch him online on whatsapp. He then went on to deny receiving funds. After I sent him multiple proofs he changed words and said my wallet changed the address when sending bitcoins out. The most important thing was that this guy received bitcoins yet he didnt acknowledge it. Later he made it seem like he was doing me a favour that since nobody else was claiming the amount, he would pay me. But before paying me, i should fill in my profile info. I did this with exception of dob because i couldn't navigate to year on my phone. Next thing he said I should upload my ID. I was going to snap my NYSC ID for him before he started giving me list of acceptable ID by him. I wasn't going to be pushed around by this monster next thing he started calling me a hacker then scammer.I have sold to naira4dollar.com instagold.ng and nairaex.com No one asks for ID when you are selling bitcoins. Most exchangers only do kyc when you are buying online. As thus I would like this truexgold.com man to answer the following questions:

1. Why did he lead me on to transfer bitcoins to him when he knew he wasn't going to pay the same day as promised?
2. Why didnt he indicate he was going to be on holidays and all tradings suspended like nairaex.com?
3. Why did he refuse to acknowledge payment this morning and cancelled my transaction when his own screenshots actually show he received 0.88btc that day?
4. He should also state how many people created a sell order for the same amount?
5. He claimed I'm a hacker. How did I create same order amount just before he received same amount to his wallet?
6. He admitted in our chats that some wallet providers change address when sending out and that he received money. Why is he denying receiving funds all over again.
7. Why does he have to see ID when I'm selling to him. I have never had to show ID for over 100 sell orders to 4 other different exchangers. Why is his own different and why is an NYSC ID not enough at most?
8. If he is insisting I didnt send him 0.88btc and wont pay or issue refund then who sent him the 0.88btc his wallet shows he recieved?
9. Lastly, is this what I should get for not fulfiling my order since 24th?

Re: The Unfair Treatment of Truexgoldcom by Maitommi: 5:17pm On Dec 28, 2016
This guy is a fraud. Why isnt it clearly stated on the website that you'll provide ID when selling. Let's not forget that one of the advantages of digital currencies is the level of anonymity that comes with it. Why exchangers ask for ID from buyers is to eliminate frauds and third person transactions.

Even if you upload ID like 200 pieces scammer has been paid

But you can still report the transaction

Dear Poster,

I thought you were trying to invite EFCC or better still FBI to jail Truex. Well, we DO NOT ask for id too for sell orders but because of the circumstances surrounding your transaction you MUST submit a valid id before anyone here can re-visit that case. Take your insults to the moon if you wish, our customers know better.

You sent money from A account and indicated B account, now someone was willing to assist you and all of a sudden you are telling lies about your DoB. That's why we demanded for a valid document, if you don't have one . . . please go and get one. You shouldn't even be talking about e-currency without a valid document.

For the records, this will be my last response on this issue.
Upload the documents we asked for period and this transaction will be completed the next second. You can't run your business and also dictate how we run ours.

Mind you we never received any funds from 35J3567271twgnDLPQatSPrGiyGbLLuoTS

But rather from these addresses:

3Dv5KNdAyvtMQyozaYpr69UhyAgiCiwQzn

So if u insist on a refund, we shall send $133.33 each to the various btc accounts above and heaven will not fall, since you think you are wise.
And there is proof grin

These are established websites. He should come here and show one place where ID is needed to sell. An unverified account can sell anything he/she likes but wont be sold to because of the KYC principle. But what do I know. The thief admitted receiving funds and only refused when he saw I wasn't going to be bullied around.

Re: The Unfair Treatment of Truexgoldcom by Maitommi: 5:38pm On Dec 28, 2016
You are a heartless thief. You admited paxful wallets change adresses when sending out and you advised another wallet. So what is your problem? The arrogance in you post alone shows you are hell bent on frustrating me. Pls can you explain to the world why you blocked me on whatsapp?
Re: The Unfair Treatment of Truexgoldcom by Maitommi: 5:49pm On Dec 28, 2016
You must be the most useless exchanger in the country. You put up a site and had these little amount of bitcoins in your reserve. Lol. Who knows if you even have enough naira to pay for what i sent you. Idiot. Instead of you to beg for more time you are asking me for ID when u have even confirmed the money was sent by me. Everyone take a look at this thief's wallet. He has only 0.98btc out of which he got 0.88 from me. You should be ashamed of yourself and bury your head in shame. Its not by force to be an exchanger. If you dont have the cash base to run your business why dont you consider something petty and grow in it gloriously. Thief!!!

Re: The Unfair Treatment of Truexgoldcom by Maitommi: 6:00pm On Dec 28, 2016
I created order to sell 0.88btc. Your wallet shows you got 0.88btc. What then is your problem if not that you are a mediocre exchanger and dont have the naira to pay?

Hello,

I have observed your chats and from 13:31pm to 16:57pm we gave you audience on whatsapp. That's like the maximum time we have ever given any customer to resolve an issue no matter the gravity, yet you choose to mess up your chances by throwing multiple insults on the personnel handling the matter . . well I guess she couldn't stand any more of your insults that's why you were BLOCKED. #No-apologies. We shall process your withdrawal immediately we verify your account. Write us here once you upload any of the requested id: >> https://www.nairaland.com/1235169/truexgold-nairaland-customer-support

I will be glad to assist you further.

Like I said, your only luck is that you're in far away imo. Its far by road but not too far away for the law to deal with you. You all deserved anything you got. If you had been truthful that you'll not do same day funding, we wont be here by now. Since 24th you're just attending to me this evening and you're telling me no apologies. Good. Unblock me on whatsapp as I'm ready to send all ID you want. I bet you don't have the funds to fulfill the order. Continue your hanky panky till you get someone to buy the bitcoins from you then you can now pay me. Shame on you.

Hello sir,

Please kindly consider the guy and do the needful. Just put yourself in his shoe.
And moreover, this issue of receiving bitcoin from a multiple address is not a big deal at all. It happens everytime. You are an exchanger you should know better.

A good name is better than silver and gold sir.

Pay this guy is money. If he's a scammer indeed, God will Judge him one day. He has paid you and you've received the bitcoin. Please sir, kindly pay him. Accept his NYSC card like that. Even banks do accept that. It's valid.

Please, I beg you in the name of God. Pay this guy his money.
This thing can happen to anybody. I've experienced it many time.

May God bless you and increase you as you do so.
God bless Nigeria.

Let it be on record that the above mentioned bullied me into sending an ID where none was needed and they continue to have a copy in their possession. Any form of misuse or misappropriation by direct action or negligence will be will be met with stiff legal actions. My final take on these guys is they have an extremely low reserve. Thread carefully if you have large transactions. They will call kunu zobo to hide their inadequacies. I'm back to nairaex.com as I've always been for all transactions henceforth. They always deliver very timely. You dont even need to call or whatsapp them. When there is a hold up and transactions wont be fulfilled immediately, Its the first thing you'll see on their website.

Please let it be on record too that one Mr. Momoh Iman persuaded us to pay the sum of N360,000.00 been payment for a certain BTC transaction whereas none of the supplied details matched with what we have on our blockchain . . . should anyone at anytime rise to claim this payment, we shall report this transaction to the appropriate bodies and call for a court action on your account.

The right thing is dont' fund simple.
But where a valid id is presented, we can pay and keep the id as evidence.
There is nothing like rudeness there.
