Hello Rafob, you can choose to update at place where signal is strong or under Wifi.
BTW, if you are OK with current system version, there is no need to upgrade, and you can stop the update notification in following way:
Settings---About phone---System software updates---Auto check frequency---Daily,weekly, Monthly or Never, choose monthly or never. Thank you!

my mom's infinix x507 has been misbehaving lately. it kept downloading unwanted apps randomly without any permission and now the phone is flooded with alot of irrelevant apps. i wiped the fone but still d problem persist and now the fone kept switching switching on data automatically without being asked to. also, the fone kept going off from time to time. i dont know if flashing the phone will help.

how much will it cost to fix infinix hot 4 pro screen. mine is broken. and how long will the fix take?

In February 2016, I took my phone to the carlcare centre in Benin City for repair and since it was still on warranty, I didn't have to pay anything. It is an infinix hot 2 by the way.

Since the repair my phone has been slow and different, few months later I realised that a phone I bought with 2gig ram now has only 1gig in it. I have not been in Benin for sometime, I am now in Port Harcourt, will it be appropriate for me to take my phone to the port Harcourt office for this to be fixed?

Secondly, will I be charged for a mistake that was made by your colleagues?

haven't takentaken it though but it's not a tecno phone,

even tecno has similar issues...

My Infinix hot 4 which I have had for about 4 months, suddenly went off and has refused to power on, what beats me is, this damn phone just went off on its own, the battery was fully charged to 100% no trying to update or flash tools, that's right just went off and has refused to come on 3 days later, please gurus help me out
