If they have not called you after two months from submission, it means you were not shortlisted.

Distance is not a determinant. You have to reach the minimum desired requirements.

As for whether I have vast experience as you said, its debatable. I have two years+ experience working for an NGO. That is not vast for my perspective.

The key is to meet the minimum requirements.

Honest truth is that only help I can render is to point you to place where vacancies are advertised and also advice you that you should check regularly and ONLY apply when you meet the requiremnts.

Case in point, I meet many of the requirments for jobs in USA by UN but dont bother applying. Why? Is it that I dont want to work there.

No. I am just simply realistic about my chances. Olnly apply to UN agencies within Nigeria and only ones your profile fits like a glove.

Well, I won't said I have met the required years of experience, is just GOD AND PRAYERS......I have apply before n was not called too....I will advise u keep applying, don't give up o, n ensure u apply for post with less experience years, n above all PRAY N TRUST GOD..... I believe HE is the one that is working for me n not my years of experience or another thing........

All positions have concluded their interviews. However go to wfp career site. There's a new position for HR associate G6.

It's been 10 days after the interview. That's 240 hours have gone. We were told that we wud be notified within 4 weeks I.e approximately 28 days. That means that we have 18 more days or wud be notified within the remaining 18 more days. I have a good feeling I wud have a cause to smile within the next 18 more days or far less.
