You can also use garlic or onion in their water. Use one bulb for 10 litres for like three days each.

On the day of usage Pls avoid vitamins at least 3days from administration

Then use syringe and draw 4ml to 8liters of water to be taken through out the day

When I tried bitter leaf, they had some reactions. Most of them were dull and weak. Lost one to extreme tiredness.

I also tried ginger/garlic for CRD, I noticed positive changes for few hours and case worsened the next day. Somebody here even experienced Coryza after trying to treat CRD with ginger/garlic.

N.B. I'm not saying it's bad but what I suggest is trying it on few of your birds, watch their reactions closely before giving all your birds. And what I observe is starting with organic medication from day old is better than switching along the line.

We are all here to learn.

Bitterleaf done in ratio 1:3 water can never go wrong. I used all the above listed and no complications nor cases. I guess is dosage issue.

Just for eating will not add anything to the bird just maintance ration

eri is dried maize chaff or wet?
The dried maize chaff or waste still contains carbohydrates though not as rich as cracked maize. I get my noilers cracked maize from time to time like once in two weeks.

One thing is clear, the consumption of cracked maize is low since it is denser than the commercial feed. I normally use two bowls of commercial feed a day as compared to about one and half or lesser bowls of cracked maize
I also notice the pen is cleaner and less smelly if feed on it compared to the commercial feed.

It's better you sell them off. Grower will not save you. Broilers will consume more grower feed since it has less metabolic energy than broiler feed.

You may not make profit if you decide otherwise.

Could you please let us see the pic of your cage in full. This will be great for brooding. Less diseases less drugs.

But slow down on the drugs let's see what happens after 3days
Just place them on clean water

No need for growers If I were u I will feed until 10wks and sell to the women who sell life chicken in the market
