Please when is exemption letter given to someone who is above the age of 30? Is it immediately the person applies for it? Also, is there any preference given to people who has "Discharge certificate " over "Exemption letter".

An answer is needed urgently.

Pls I need serious help... D company i was working with at Abj has axed me to cum serve wt them.. Believe me its a rare opportunity i wouldnt wona miss... D problem now is I I didnt even choose Abj coz it wasnt even available wen I did my registration.. (late reg).. I called sum few people 2 know if anytin can be done nd they said d posting has already been done dat its late.. Please were you able to collect your certificate from Abuja? If yes, how did u go about it or what protocol(s) was/were involved . I'm in similar situation. Passed out in November last year.
