So grateful...
Also, my transcript becomes blurred after size reduction, were you able to resolve that?
Yes, that's an issue. But from what I gathered, the essence of registering online is to print a completed application form. The actual screening will be done with hard copies of the documents when you go for interview.
So in essence, the blurred format isn't of significant disadvantage.

Haven't done the interview before but information based on what I have asked and seen online from some of the scholars and those who did the interview in previous years. Here is the format;
For Post graduate applicants:Current affairs, Quantitative reasoning, Verbal reasoning and some ICT questions.
Then after which you will do a short interview (Why you want BEA Scholarship/Study Plan/Personal Statement).

For UG: Current affairs, Verbal reasoning and quantitative reasoning.

OK..thanks a lot...this clarifies a lot...thanks once again

For UG applicants, don't bother coming if your Waec result is older than the speculated date. (Except the exam will take place in your state of residence, you might just try it for fun and experience).
Applicants last year weren't considered with Neck results too (0marks will be awarded in the space for reward).
You don't want to imagine losing 10marks in this very competitive scholarship scheme.

What's the chances of getting the scholarship using NECO result for PG. Thanks

The chances is very slim, almost impossible for UG but possible for PG. And I think this has to do with the host countries for most scholarships choosing WAEC over NECO as their requirement for admission.

You can make it a full statement with 500 characters. But you have to make your statement short and direct.

With Testdriller UTME 2017, we present an unrivaled software solution that guarantee that the candidates score from 270 and above in their UTME. The reasons for this milestone is not far fetched as the Testdriller software possess the interface that is exactly like the one for their UTME. We also incorporated the literature textbook recommended for candidates to read in the software(The last days at the Forcados). Detailed summary of each chapter was also included in the software. We are also confident about the performance of the software in aiding students because of the ability to not only assess the students ability of answering questions correctly in exam conditions, but also assessing their speed. This is usually presented after an exam session with software with different form of illustration given(i.e. in tables, bar charts, pie charts, etc) to aid understanding. This software also gives you an ample opportunity to study by topic of interest, thereby giving room for a student to thoroughly treat a particular topic and all the questions on that topic in the past questions from 2000-2016.

With Testdriller SSCE 2017, we present a software solution that aids the candidate to study in three modes which is STUY,MOCK & PRACTICE mode. It also contain theory questions for all the past years and mark the answers that a candidate input for a particular question based on the degree of correctness(in percentage) to the default answer coded in the software.

With Testdriller Android comes also a special feature called the SCHOOL FINDER that helps candidate to search for their courses and the institutions offering them with the number of applicants that applied for it the previous year. It gives the candidate an overview of competitive areas and schools (university, polytechnics & college of education). It also covers over 16,000 bank of past questions for both SSCE & UTME.

And now, the new Testdriller JSCE 2017 that avails students in the junior secondary sections opportunity to study on all their subject of interest. Students right from JSS1-3 can use this software to equip them academically while bracing up adequately for their JUNIOR WAEC.

PG applicants can use either WAEC or NECO result to apply.
But UG applicants can only use Waec May/June not later than 2014/2015

Sadly you can't apply. (Except you have a birth certificate that can prove otherwise)
When will you be 18?
Because the reason 18years is the limit is simply because other countries including Nigeria want to give the scholarship to adult who can take care of them selves and are within the legal age to travel alone(18years).

If you'll be 18 before August 2017, no problems, just give it a try.
Because that's when the first batch will likely depart for school abroad.
Even if you don't get it now, you can reapply next year you'll have experience as an advantage.

Don't worry about age, at least for Russia...just don't be too young or too old... last year i was 16 when i initially applied and i was nominated by fsb and did interview with russians and got my acceptance email even before i turned 17...so no problems... if you merit the scholarship, you will get the scholarship.

You guys will first do a written interview, the fsb exam..it carries 40 marks, 40 questions.... it is very easy, at least it was to me.. maths, english, i.c.t and current affairs.... to get a good shot at being nominated by fsb especially from those from competitive states, you need to.score at least 35/40 in this exam... if you pass and you are nominated by fsb you will have another oral interview which will decide your fate, with the russians..they will be the ones to do the final selection.

Oh and yes, the fsb exam carries 40 marks your waec carries 60 marks, from that fsb will nominate the best from each state...thus none of that matters to the russians......this is jist for fsb nomination.... basically, Russia needs only 60 people from Nigeria (i don't know if slots have been increased this year), so there fore fsb will nominate 120 people using this exam and the waec..from which Russia will do the final picking, Russia does the final picking not fsb so there is no wayo involved, atleast at the final stage... so as i said, 120 people will be picked by fsb from the battalion of people that will apply for Russia... So your competition at this stage is with people from your state....from.each stage fsb will.nominate the best 3 candidates while some more competitive or special states may get 4 or 5, depends on fsb...but no.less than 3 people i guess... so do your best and good luck...(that does not mean on that day of exam you shouldn't help.others, trust me it's by helping others that you will find and correct your own mistakes..if you are on your own you won't find your mistakes easily)

I am saying all these, cause during my time, i knew nothing about all of these, and these were questions that kept on ringing in my head, but i got no answers... i hope these helps someone...good luck

Note: this is for Russia, those for Hungary will follow a different process after the fsb exam, also for China, algeria and morroco will follow different processes
