the cost will depend on the level of damage . for example if your casing is repairable, it will cost you less but if it will need replacement, it will cost you more. I cant give you a specific price now until I see the system and see the damage.

depending on the level of the noise, it is completely normal to observe the noise of the spinning of your hard drive but if the noise assumes a disturbing level , you should be concerned.
If the health of your hard drive is becoming critical, this should be accompanied by slowness of your laptop ( as a result of the HDD not responding on time) as well as notifications from your laptop that you should back up your files and replace your HDD.
if you feel something is wrong, you can see an engineer who will check for the health of the HDD.
