We don't own Neteller and as such do not have control over your funds with the account blocked. Trek to UK and ask NETELLER for a REFUND if you have so much nerves and not willing to wait. Also feel free to can carry ur scam news to the moon if you wish, But I can only promise you, it will make us more popular undecided cos people will always learn the truth. So dear, we are used to characters like you.

The money we have in that NETELLER account prior to its block is at least two times more than any funds 29 of you sent. And, if I may educate you, it will take NETELLER at least one month to process a REFUND if the account is not re-opened on tuesday. So get ready for the worse.

What is wrong in a staff coming here to tell you that the company's account for so so so and so ewallet is blocked and they are working to get a refund. If they don't make the cause of the delay public, u guyz will still come here to make noise.

I have used this exchanger for more than 5 years, and can tell u they are perfect in what they do.
I made a profit of more than N700,000.00 just because i was using their service to withdraw from my neteller account 'cos they were buying my funds at N500/$ when the best every other exchanger could offer was N450, some were offering N430 self . . . a clear N70 profit for each $$ i sold to them.

If they couldn't run away with any of my transactions, why would they now? Or do u guyz think, they don't need their own money back?

Hv u ever wondered or asked urself why 95% of all the exchangers we have in Nigeria, don't deal on Neteller . . . When u have the answer, I will reply u.

your reply shows you know nothing. we have more exchangers that deal on neteller than Skrill. I deal on both and anytime I have an ish with either of them, I get to fix it within that same day if it requires a document to be submitted and if it's a refund it's just within 2-3 days to get my money back but I don't know what your boss is talking about that it takes minimum of a month. I will come with a reply a got from neteller yesterday when your boss said it takes at least a month. if his money is truly involved, he would have made contact with neteller since Thursday that he claims his account had been restricted and the account would have been opened or refunded by now. what's the probability that he hasn't been refunded and wants to do business with our money first before paying us because it cost a lot to open a nice office he just opened and he's broke now.

we are your customer and we demand to see replies from neteller so that we can know the progress. my account was also restricted last month and it didn't take 24 for it to be opened again since I told them it was a personal account and YES, it was a vip account.

sometimes, people think they are taking to a fool, truexgold told me on WhatsApp that neteller only operate a personal account and there's no option for business account. I laugh because that's an obvious lie.

I don't know why you couldn't open a business account since you know it's for business except you don't have a document for your business.

I'm sorry, did you just say truexgold is not to be blamed? someone clearly violated neteller rules and he's not to be blamed? you need yourself checked. neteller has rules for each account you open and truexgold decided to open a personal account instead of a business account when he knows there will be lots of funds going in and out of his account. this is not the first time his account is being suspended and every time the account is being suspended, it's for the same issue. except something is wrong with you, you can't be doing the same thing and expect a different result. he should have opened a business account. how is the money with neteller? when I sent the money to his account a least over 24 hours before he showed me that his account was suspended. mind you, you are not the only one that have been with him for a long time. I have too and I've never doubted him even when I don't get paid in 2 days. he needs to learn to pay his clients on time. if he had done that, less people will have their funds with him when his account was restricted. I can't hold my customers fund in ransome because my account is suspended when I clearly received their funds. that's my business with neteller because it will definitely be resolved. some people need their funds fast and that why they choose to sell it to you and you can't bring your problem with neteller to affect them.

so please since you're not affected, just keep quite.

many exchangers depend on their client funds to put food on their own table because if clients don't send to you, you don't have money and truexgold is part of those exchangers that's why he always doesn't have money to pay on time until he has sold some currency. that's the only reason he can't afford to pay now until the account is open and he sell those funds so please don't be forming badoo or rich for us. you live on those funds.

This Truexgold guy said it takes a month or 2 to have it fixed, after He saw the angers. He decided to switch it to Next week tuesday.

Since the last 2 weeks that I have sold almost N1 million worth of neteller to them I have not had any delay in the crediting of my Bank account. However, I still consider the admin response to clients rude. Business should endure their clients and customers; neglect their outburst. you are doing this not because you are weak or a fool but to protect your goodwill and posterity of the business. You are not doing it only for those clients affected now but other clients who are using your services now and those who will use it in future.

Why did you say we are gonna wait for 1 or 2 months before we collect our money without contacting neteller ?

Later when you saw that this season's magas no tolerate nonsense, you quickly change your word to Tuesday.

Feel free to show us another screen shot on Tuesday (tommorow), screen shot of neteller telling you that their Boss has travelled to Sambisa for vacation and He was shot Mistakenly by boko haram which will make all pending request to be in hold for another 2months.

We also have prepared our own screen shot. Fully ready to be deployed.

So this is the third time we are experiencing such and we are telling you based on our previous experience, it took NETELLER an average of one - two months make full refund to our Dorm account cos the protocols were much.

Secondly, we gave neteller a call on Saturday, and they promised to get back to us in 2 working days . . . please what is 2 working days from Saturday, Is it not Tuesday. I guess above reply came in because we had to write them too after our call. So nobody is saying or promising you will get back funds from Neteller on Tuesday, rather we are expecting a clearer reply from them to know actually the true state of the account. Whatever happens, we shall take the next step.

We need just one exchanger you know in Africa as a whole operating a Neteller Business account. Just one please . . . Neteller grants such request easily for forex brokers and bookmakers.

but when my account was closed down some years back , I was asked to provide them with my bank detail... got a refund 4 days after....though have just 900usd on the account

Not when you have about $50,000.00 moving into such account on daily basis. I guess, your volume wasn't this much. Neteller is regulated and they have very strong AML policy. Unlike many other e-currency providers, Neteller from time to time monitor your account to make sure you are not using their service for money laundering.

Thank God exchanging is a branch of your company. you can shutdown NTR exchange that's your business. since you have so much money and you confirmed our funds in your NTR account why not pay us. pay us and go and settle your case with neteller.
