I also buy and sell neteller and Skrill and keeping my money in ransom has crippled my business. why take down others with you?



TruexGOLD do not confirm transactions with mere email alert just like we do not confirm cash transactions via SMS or email alerts. We confirm transactions by logging into our ewallet or bank account respectively and checking who and who actually made payment and in any case the SAID Bank or Ewallet account is suspended, blocked, frozen or closed . . . all orders involved are kept on hold till the issue is resolved.

You guyz will definitely get a refund, but it will take sometime. Patience pls.

alright no problem if that is how you confirm transactions. How do you now know who to refund if your account remain blocked and refunded instead since you can't login to the account again?

I'm not a new customer but I'm not happy with your approach to this matter. Since the incident last week, all my funds are with you. I can't buy Skrill or neteller from anybody since I don't have any money on me. my own business has been crippled now.

You're claiming you can't login to your account to see the funds are received. If you account gets suspended, that's your fault please don't try and take it out on others.

His neteller account is BLOCKED.
People filled out orders on his site and maybe some or all prolly remitted payment to his neteller account(he hasn't confirmed OR denied it) and are expecting payment. You ppl have a right to lament but also reason along his own angle too.

He has confirmed from his site that some ppl did transactions, he might also have gotten email alerts in respect of the transactions but that my friends is not enough for confirmation.
Being an e-currency exchanger with multiples of multiple neteller and other ecurrency transactions per day and you think Truexgold will just pay cos you filled a form on his site and he received an email alert. undecided undecided

He also has to confirm from his neteller account history and verify all the transactinsn that have been entered on his site and also confirm it with the alerts that he's received. All must tally before he can pay anyone.

Now, the most important verification of received funds.....his account history, he doesn't have access to so that he can view his account history.

I now ask the pertinent & simple question, which method of verification do you expect him(Truex) to use in order to confirm received funds and pay accordingly??

Why did he delay that much? Why not pay off than holding people's money for nothing..

Is even the petty traders that blow the horn for others to KNOW ur legitimacy...

That diamond bank freeze your account does not mean you can't pay off ur debtors, claiming diamond bank hold debtors money is not an excuse..

If u lose a huge some of money due to your negligence, are to use that as an excuse not to pay?

Neteller usually send mail once you transfer payment in or out of your account, is he claiming he is not seeing this msgs in respect to the transaction ID.. is he saying he can't verify the source of this Neteller msgs...

he jst posters the affected transactions,What that means is that he has acknowledged this transaction, his email from Neteller Also acknowledge this....

Lets assume they paid his customer in excess of 500k,only for him to call his customers to refund that he made a mistake and the customer said I don't hold ur money is diamond bank that hold your money,is that right? (this is even after d customer had withdrawn every living of the fund... What will Truexgold do in that situation.. Will they not want to trace and arrest d person?

Truth be told,the customer care is not doing well.. ..

I also want to ask you that if neteller decides not to open his neteller account again and gave him an option for a refund instead since he can't confirm those that sent him funds because he doesn't have the neteller history, how will he then make a refund? because what you are saying now is, he can't pay me because he couldn't confirm my transaction as he doesn't have access to his neteller history.

Someone somehow might have caused it . . . maybe someone have sent a stolen money (we are not spirit to know who did?), maybe one of you hacked someone's neteller account and sent the funds to us, or just maybe someone might have transferred bitcoin funds to us (Neteller has maintained that when you make deposit with bitcoin, use it on merchant website, do not try to withdraw it through neteller or use the money transfer option). So, the cause of the problem is 99% on the users and just maybe %1 our fault. If none of you made payment that day, our neteller account would still have been active.

Neteller has been freezing accounts recently.. Also lost mine for no reason.

Guys calm down truex is not a scammer.. He has had this thread up since 2013.. CALM DOWN and give him benefit of the doubt..

he has been doing this for many years and his account is blocked.. Try sending a $1 transfer to it, it doesnt work.. so guys relax..

So holding people's funds is acceptable? If Neteller come with a rule like PayPal that the finds are going to be held for 180 days, so you're also gonna hold your customers funds for 180 days ?

Accounts gets blocked every time, it's not biggie, I'm not a big fan of Neteller but did you lose access to your username and password that you can't login or even email the customer service for the history of the account or Neteller is going to give you fake transaction history?

The fact that the transaction was successful means your account was still active when the funds was sent, just send your customers there funds or better still ask Neteller to refund then back directly.

Any exchanger shld know the risks involved in running these accts and must be ready to beat the burden when gobe happens...
The guy shld pay whoever sent him funds...
His neteller acct email (if neteller operates like skrill and Payoneer as I do not operate a neteller acct) will def show all funds received and quantity so the talk of not being able to verify is a big lie...

All the times I had my paypal accts limited, I pay freelancers who withdrew into the accts fully without any excuses even tho I knew the funds were gone for good...

That's the risk involved in fund exchange business and I counted my losses and moved on...

He shld pay these guys abeg

Are u telling us that when Neteller acct is blocked,one will not be able to log in?It is a lie.Mine was once blocked and I was able to log in.The only thing was I was not able to transfer and be transfered to until I resolved the case.

His neteller acct email (if neteller operates like skrill and Payoneer as I do not operate a neteller acct) will def show all funds received and quantity so the talk of not being able to verify is a big lie...

All the times I had my paypal accts limited, I pay freelancers who withdrew into the accts fully without any excuses even tho I knew the funds were gone for good...

That's the risk involved in fund exchange business and I counted my losses and moved on...
