That was not a block pls, your account was just place on certain limit, cos neteller wanted you to verify certain details about yourself. Attached screenshots will explain better, in the first, you can't login but can login in the second. If neteller wants you to re-verify ur account via webcam, ofcos they need to allow u access to the account to enable u do what they requested.

i have escalated the issue to the relevant authority.. guess your boss have been invited..... you are illegally operating your business and as such u think you can defraud people of their hard earned money ..we all sent you money when your account was active. you have issue with neteller not the sellers.

Nobody prays for these things to happen to him/her, but it does happen.
Truexgold has told you how it is and what he has said is the simple truth regarding neteller.

His neteller account is BLOCKED.
People filled out orders on his site and maybe some or all prolly remitted payment to his neteller account(he hasn't confirmed OR denied it) and are expecting payment. You ppl have a right to lament but also reason along his own angle too.

He has confirmed from his site that some ppl did transactions, he might also have gotten email alerts in respect of the transactions but that my friends is not enough for confirmation.
Being an e-currency exchanger with multiples of multiple neteller and other ecurrency transactions per day and you think Truexgold will just pay cos you filled a form on his site and he received an email alert. undecided undecided

He also has to confirm from his neteller account history and verify all the transactinsn that have been entered on his site and also confirm it with the alerts that he's received. All must tally before he can pay anyone.

Now, the most important verification of received funds.....his account history, he doesn't have access to so that he can view his account history.

I now ask the pertinent & simple question, which method of verification do you expect him(Truex) to use in order to confirm received funds and pay accordingly??

Did I hear someone say..........neteller account history.

do you know the pain they are passing through....to some their life depends on that money.all you could spit out was that there is no way to confirm transaction if the account is not reopened....when you receive money to you bank account how do you get to know... to some it's through email y others through SMS. same way neteller operate.

sorry are you not suppose to be a mod that should make sure he or she moderates the section and keep scammers away from this section??why are you taking sides .....are u not supposed to be neutral in this case??many people sent money to an exchanger and the exchanger claimed his or her account was blocked and that his client has to pay for it or what??meaning the client will not be paid if his account is not opened again??if that is the case then more scammers will just easily keep scamming people and the latest excuse in town is to tell people that after he or she received money from people his account got blocked and so because of that those that paid into his or her account for a service cannot get paid if his or her account is not opened again or they should not blame him for not receiving their money back from him,is that what you are saying??instead of you to treat everyone equally on the business section and fight any scam with integrity you are busy supporting "evil" for any personal reasons you have...and you are the same person on the ecurrency thread that will be claiming you truly want to fight against "scammers" and you are here taking sides....that is why I pity people that takes this scam warriors seriously ,they only fight "scam" when the scammer is not their friend ,but when the scammer is their friend they will start speaking "english" and give one million reasons why the person will never scam forgetting that a good person can turn evil someday and an evil person can turn good someday too....well I pity those that have money stucked with this exchanger ,I stopped taking that exchanger seriously the moment I realized that the 3-4 hours waiting period for receiving payment when you sell ecurrency to them is totally not happening realistically .affer several complaints he or she quickly removed the "3-4 hours nonsense that was written there.....it is misleading and the customer care service is very poor....they talk to client like they are just helping the client and like it is not a business they are doing....very rude person....and he talks as if he is the only exchanger that is doing huge transactions everyday on neteller,always quick to receive money but always slow to send money....if you want to send money to buy eccurency from him it will be very fast but you just sell eccurency to him and see how stressful it will be to receive your money....integrity 2/10 ....customer service 0/10........

A bank can't block our account over a deposit u made and u expect us to fulfil that order. Pls who does that... ? What if the bank got information that the funds u spent to our acct is not urs... it was stolen or hacked and they want to conduct more investigation. Will u stop the bank from doing that? This is what neteller is doing and they need time to carrying out their investigation.

It's obvious they are not comfortable with one or two transactions on that acct, so they blocked to investigate. If things go well... they will reopen the account. If not they will close it permanently and refund the balance there.

So pls say what u knw. U must not contribute in all fields.

We haven't minced words saying previous encounter took almost 2 months before we got refunded.

Mind u we don't lure people to buy from us okay... in fact because of high demand for neteller through our portal... we had to place the minimum bid at $100.00 people literally begged us for months before we reduced it to $50.00 and I believed that's were we failed... we could hv left it at that $100.00

Nobody came here to ever complain in the last three encounters. This issue is so because we allowed every Tom n Harry to access the system.

Yeah very proud guy. doesn't pick calls, doesn't reply whatsapp chats. he's always behaving like he owns the funds you sent to him and he's doing you a favor exchanging it when in the actual sense he's the one making the bigger gain.

Truth is at least 100 msgs comes into our whatsapp every minute... expecting us to reply instantly is not feasible. Call us if u need instant support.. we hv a lot of staff who could pick up ur issue... only one person handles whatsapp. As for proud... you need to tell us the staff u are referring to.

I can't believe you guys are actually have a dumb conversation with Truegold. He obviously doesn't want to pay you guys. They already sent the funds to your NTR account before it gets blocked by Neteller which the main reason is that you're receiving too much funds which can be considered as money laundering, hence, Neteller needs some documents from you and if they're satisfied with the documents you provide, you account would be unblocked and if Neteller thinks your documents ain't complete the account is going to get closed and YOU(Neteller) would be able to withdraw the funds in the account before it gets blocked to your bank account.

I'm 100% sure your account wasn't blocked before your customers sent the funds to your Neteller account before if it was blocked by then, all transactions would've been unsuccessful which means your customers would still have their money in their own Neteller account and not yours.

Let's say you're a seller on Ebay and I bought an item from you, I made the payment for the item like any other buyer would do, then after like 5 hours, PayPal got your account blocked (Limited). You're basically saying you're not going to send the item which has already been paid for to the seller? Are you out of your mind here or something?

My advice to all the customers who made payment to Truegold Neteller account is just to link up with other customers (like 5 people) and visit their office. When you're there, tell truegold to call Neteller on the phone and ask about the payments received into their account before the account got blocked, if Neteller confirms the payments sent to Truegold.... Then Truegold has no option than to send the payments to their customers.

If you don't do what I said above, I read someone saying the funds is meant to be his rent, I'm telling you, you're definitely gonna get sent packing, except your rent is due in 3 months time I swear.

So when you hack someone's account and send the funds to us, then suddenly neteller suspects and blocks our account over your payment then you want us to pay you abi Did it ever occur to you, that account would have been active if you hadn't transferred your stolen funds to our account Neteller is doing their investigation and if anyone here think they have wasted too much time in doing so, such a person should contact neteller. We shall appreciate the gesture!

Did you guys notice the way Truexgold is replying msgs on Narialand, meanwhile they Will not do this if Neteller was active and you actually send funds to them...


What shock me is when their services are needed they are No where to be found..

These r people that their line can never be on, once you send funds to them.one culd think they are busy But No,you get your fund after two days or 12hours later....

They claim to be busy That's why they Dnt pick calls or reply to mail,But this does not show how effective they are....

What shock me is when their services are needed they are No where to be found..

These r people that their line can never be on, once you send funds to them.one culd think they are busy But No,you get your fund after two days or 12hours later....

They don't reply because they don't usually have the naira to pay their customers and they don't know when they will and if they come online, they are sure people will ask them for their money so they just stay offline.

I've sent them funds before and I didn't get paid on time so after 24 hours, I called their number was off, message on WhatsApp was delivering but they didn't open it. I sent email no response and I dropped message on this thread and I was replied after 3 days when they have paid.

Do you think they didn't see the message? No they did because I'm sure there were a lot of people like me disturbing them for their money but they couldn't read them because they had no money to pay.
