They don't reply because they don't usually have the naira to pay their customers and they don't know when they will and if they come online, they are sure people will ask them for their money so they just stay offline.

I've sent them funds before and I didn't get paid on time so after 24 hours, I called their number was off, message on WhatsApp was delivering but they didn't open it. I sent email no response and I dropped message on this thread and I was replied after 3 days when they have paid.

Do you think they didn't see the message? No they did because I'm sure there were a lot of people like me disturbing them for their money but they couldn't read them because they had no money to pay.

Let me give u a real life example of an event unfolding as we speak, I personally know of an acquaintance who also his money, an equivalent of about 129k or so tied up in with truex mess. Cos of this, His son's professional exam which he was supposed to pay for, he couldn't, now the son has to wait close an extra year to write it again, plus he has some debts he is still servicing due to a scam he was a victim of last year of over 1mill. Now I hear he's being invited to the police station because he missed his scheduled payment. While he's still trying to get on back on his feet this happens to him again.. .
Let's call it fate or badluck on his part... right? But remember that's just one incident that I know of, I've notr even mentioned mine, nor do I know of others, but I'm sure everyone havin from 1thaousand to 1million involved has a story to tell..
Now imagine u were in this man's shoes and instead of hearing a tone of empathy, or reassuring words from truex, that they are on top of things, u keep reading more of sarcastic comments, what would you think?....

If anyone is trying to scam here, its neteller and not truexgold . . . U just mentioned an ordeal ur friend is facing because of mere 129k which he could have easily borrowed elsewhere . . . but you want truexgold to pay N3.5M or so . . . money which they didn't even see or have access to. The account was blocked because they're receiving too much funds and can't prove where the funds are coming from.

Truexgold is only taking advantage of their customers as they don't wanna be at a loss. This is so selfish of them.

We rather you choose your words carefully, neteller has not issued any report on this, when they do you will be informed. Please note 63 orders were already processed before the account was suspended, and if about 22 orders amounted to N3.5M, this should give you an idea of how much of our money that is been held, even the admin doesn't know the account balance of the blocked account.
There is nothing selfish in our decision. Instead of Nigerians helping us to make sure Neteller unblocks this account or at least refund, everyone is rather craving for @TRUEXGOLD to pay his/her own bit (from where pls?). Please isn't that selfishness of the highest order
